May have first visited November 25, 2020 (during Covid) but have since visited many more times which is why this review is long overdue. This location seems a bit smaller than some of the other Crunch gyms. However, they have good instructors & group fitness equipment. This location also has the HydroMassage & tanning. Honestly dislike how the mirror only extends to the "garage door" and then basically the other half of the group fitness room looks out into the main area of people working out. The biggest complaint with this location is that they do not welcome those that are even a minute late into their group exercise classes. It's not clear why people can't be let into a class when there is room. Thought the gym was suppose to be a place to relieve stress & release endorphins. Things happen and sometimes, being late is not in one's control (traffic, work, etc...). Isn't it better to encourage people to get to the gym safely instead of rushing to get to a class on time?

I was enrolled in a gym that closed down. Somehow they gave this crunch location all my information and my banking information without my consent. Now they’re trying to charge me for a gym that I never stepped foot in or signed any paperwork for and also charging me a $79 cancellation fee for a gym I never signed up to. This is ridiculous and a scam.

Do not sign any contract with CRUNCH FRANCHISE.I will keep it brief, ask to see a manager. Managers will come and deny they are managers in order to reinforce late fees, cancellation fees and if you switch accounts makes up another fee.Cruch Franchise, be honest charge $50 dollars a month and do not change the dates you charge your customers so you can charge late fees, sometimes worth more than your monthly fee, besides they close and open at diffrent dates on the weekends. WHY? seriously why? I work out everyday at the same times either 5am ro 11pm not being able to work out even for just a day BECAUSE you are closed.what do you do as the owner of a GYM ? what? OPEN/CLOSE you want to keep your employees from doing overtime? You do not want to pay the cleaning people? the electricity bill? your overhead is ridiculous for you not o open 5am to 12am everyday, even charge people $3 more dollars so you make that happen. Bad management, not looking to grow, JUST LIVING OVER LATE FEES AND LATE CANCELLATION AND EARLY CANCELLATION FEES.... GROW UP !!! we are leaving you

Heather is a great manager, she knows what she’s doing and will help you with anything you need. I’m currently signed up in the recovery program with Trainer Noelle, and her technique of pnf stretching has been helping me with my pain and tightness. She’s a good listener and is very careful in taking care of you. She knows her stuff. My trainer is Richard, who also is a nutritionist, and he has been helping me tremendously. He teaches me all of these details to help me avoid injury and to help better grow muscle mass. If you already have an injury, he knows what to do and is very careful in training you. If you’re looking for a trainer, I definitely recommend Richard. The front desk is also great. They help you with whatever you need, they are always kind, and are very friendly. The cleaning team is always there; so the gym is always very clean. It’s a good friendly atmosphere to be in.—Anthony

My experience with Crunch’s Relax and Recovery has been amazing so far. Noelle has been an incredible asset to my recovery journey. Her expertise, guidance, and unwavering support have played a pivotal role in my progress. I couldn't be more grateful for her dedication to helping me achieve my wellness goals.

Gym by itself is nice and clean. Usually place is packed around 5-6pm. Variety of classes, Elizabeth is great! But… when it comes to cancelling your membership, horrible experience. Clearly says on your contract you have 10days prior your renewal date to cancel your membership and then surprise, it’s actually 30days. When you ask if they can show it to you where does it say that on your contract, forget about it - they can’t prove it, they just say that contract that you signed is Crunch “in general” contract, but each location has different rules, so basically doesn’t matter what you signed. After arguing with them for couple days, they knew that they don’t have any arguments, one of the girls at front desk said “oh maybe it doesn’t say in your contract, but that’s the first thing that we say to our customers” yeah right and customers will remember that after 1 year. Sick! Then since your contract is automatically renewed and it’s too late to cancel it, they want to charge you $89 cancellation fee. Crazy!!

My go to spot for about 5 years, hasn't disappointed yet. Has every machine I need, machines are maintained or fixed quicker than a lot of gyms I've been to. Very clean, shout out to the cleaning crew.

This place is fine on the surface, but don't try and get customer service. For three months I have been trying to switch my membership over and all they did was give me the run around and false information.Besides that, they will film workout classes without letting you know (who does that?) and tell you repeatedly to "see your way to the door" when they are about to close- as if there's not a more respectful way to ask us to leave. Other clubs tell you enjoy your day, we look forward to seeing you again- not here.Edited to add a star for the nice front desk staff. It's the stuff that they shouldn't have to handle that doesn't get addressed because no one seems to know how to handle it.

After relocating to NJ, my first experience at this location was pretty disappointing! I have the highest membership and yet they wanted to charge me $7 for a bottle of water. Not to mention, If I transfer, my membership fee will be higher which is pointless as they have less amenities than my old Crunch. Additionally, I supposedly have the “all exclusive” membership for any Crunch but the “all exclusive” amenities don’t apply to all locations! I would hope moving forward you guys would accommodate new comers better. This was not a welcoming experience at all!

It's a good gym, but small. Nothing like the one I have here in Wilkes Barre Pennsylvania. I'm just happy they had a gym I could use outta town.
