While moving across the country, I did not use the storage unit, so I basically paid $180 for them to put a lock on a garage door. I called to speak about this but was told a GM would call me back, they never did. I was hoping they would have compassion for my situation and help me out. Unfortunately that kind of service is hard to find nowadays.

Good clean storage that is accessible and safe. Bad how CubeSmart continually raises rates after just a few months and how they don’t offer proration for last month if moving out after monthly bill date. Fire doorway in between the hallways needs to be wider.
