So I was put through voicemail and I left a message stating I needed to speak to Michael. Krista called me back and asked how can I help you. I wanted to speak to Michael the manager it was very important and she said he is busy helping someone it’ll be a while. I said that’s ok I can wait. She says ok and it came off very rude and she put me on hold and then seconds later Krista patches me through to voicemail. I don’t understand the logic here or what is going here at this pharmacy. I feel if you’re not satisfied somewhere and sadly I’m not happy with how the pharmacy is being run here as I’ve been going here since 5 years old, you just go to a different pharmacy. In this day 2025 I can’t be arsed with this and people not capable of actually doing their job and just being careless not even caring about who is on the other side of the phone. If it’s not working I’m gone and won’t be recommending this pharmacy to anyone. I want people that actually care to refill my prescription especially in times of an emergency not hang up on me. Also you keep leaving automatic messages on your reviews here. Are we just gonna get the same message
Update: They called me back and Michael was not there. I explained to Delaney that I said I needed to speak to him and Krista didn’t send me to him because he wasn’t there. I said you can’t help me only Michael can. She ignores me what’s your name and dob. At this moment it seems like I’m talking to someone who is not comprehending or is careless cause she ignored everything I said. I proceeded I said ok let’s see if you can help me gave her my dob told her and yes she couldn’t cause obviously Michael is the only one that knows what he’s doing. I thought it was hilarious that I stated a situation that Michael was aware of and she goes I doubt that she, which was unprofessional. Clearly she doesn’t know rules and time for refilling prescriptions which all technician pharmacists should know and denied my request. Please hire people that know about medications and requirements not kids. Also hire people that take their job seriously and don’t play around. I’m talking to kids and they don’t know work ethic and come to work to chill. Note: In the back I heard someone say just send her to voicemail. So I’m getting you call people back and then send them to voicemail. This is the last time I will be going here. I was going to contact David Joyner the CEO of CVS about this store cause I have his contact information then I thought why even waste my time whatever happens or is going on at this CVS now that Donna is gone will soon come to light, it always does. I will be going to a different pharmacy I don’t have time for this and to put my trust in people who definitely shouldn’t be handling medication for others. I don’t trust you to refill my medications cause it’s clear the people working their aren’t paying attention.

I arrived at 5:59pm and the pharmacist was closing the last pharmacy security grille. They had prepared to close long before the stated time of 6pm. The pharmacist acknowledged me and told me to return the following morning!

Today I visit CVS after long time. I need desperately help to update my card membership for rewards. Cashier #2786835 was willing to help me with all patience and care that calm down my nerves right away.!! Thanks so much CVS for hiring people up front that care a lot about customer. It was a pleasure to go back to my old time favorite store. 👍 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Brought my kids to get their flu shots here and the Pharmacist Kristen is an absolute gem! She walked my kids through exactly what was going to happen. She has a super gentle hand. Two of my kids got super scared and hesitant and she handled it so gracefully. She is an absolute star! Thank you Kristen!!!!

They rearranged the store, but I had no problem finding what we needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s an excellent store.

This cvs is well stocked! The staff is helpful, kind, and courteous! Their professionalism is noted and always welcome. One staff member helped and advised me on ways to save money when purchasing a specific product :)

A ridiculous number of things locked up in cabinets, so you have to wait for a worker to come open it up, then you feel rushed to decide what you want. SHAMPOO is locked up, for goodness sakes! I buy that stuff elsewhere now.
Also - went in to pick up an Rx about 45 min after it was called in, and the pharmacist hadn’t even picked up the message yet. This was on a Saturday afternoon. Ridiculous! Hire more pp if you don’t even have time to answer the provider line.
