The store itself is okay, and most of the employees—especially the newer ones—are fine. However, there is one employee in particular who consistently creates uncomfortable experiences. She talks excessively to the point where it feels intrusive and overwhelming, and her friendliness seems selective rather than genuine.
More concerning is her lack of courtesy toward non-English speakers. I have personally had several negative interactions with her. A few days ago, my mother was treated rudely when she spoke to her in Spanish and was abruptly told, “I don’t speak Spanish.” Today, I had yet another unpleasant experience with the same employee.
I understand that the store is busy, especially during the holiday season, and that customer service jobs are demanding and underpaid. I truly try to empathize with that. However, good customer service is still a core part of the job. Customers are also tired, often coming in after long, stressful workdays, and everyone is dealing with their own personal challenges.
While I recognize that not all employees here are like this, some clearly lack basic customer service skills. Personal frustrations should not be taken out on customers. I’m giving this store one star because customer service is essential and should be treated as a top priority. Do better, Dollar Tree.

I love dollar tree but dislike how they raised everything from a dollar to a $25 after COVID.And now , most things are dollar fifty

I used to love the dollar store then it went to $1.25 store. Now it's $1.50 $1.75 store. I can buy the same things at ShopRite and get larger quantity!

I am a very old customer in this location but please train your employees in order to provide or deliver a better customer service to the clients, we are the reason of your business … I talking about some cashiers…an incident happened to me this morning with the cashier …she should be more polite and patient with us…and have better listening skills.

The worst actitud the lady manager has. She was attending the cashier side and she told to people with very bad attitude. I pick used box to packages all my shopping because they don't offer a bag to put all the items and she told me in a bad manner that I can't take a recycle box to put my stuff. I ask how can takes all my shopping and she told me to figure out by my self. She also don't offered any options to carry out my shopping.

Very unorganized storeThis Dollar Tree is just an average Dollar Tree. Many shelves are empty and not well organized. Seems small also compared to other Dollar tree stores.The parking lot is tight and always busy, so be patient and careful.
