Great service. Rental car of the day was not entirely up to standard. The online rental fee booked $95, and the actual rental fee was approximately $240 with insurance etc. Include ALL fees with online quotes.

My experience with this company started badly from the beginning, since the girl who assisted us made several mistakes when we went to rent the car due to a traffic accident:
1- He did not provide the information so that the insurance would take care of the expenses, as is always the case in those cases, the company began to charge us until we had to call and speak with another representative (Kevin) and he was clear and concise with everything.
2- From time to time they made charges without my authorization on the credit card, one of those charges left me negative, so we had to call again and fix the problem.
3- They are not specific with the costs, since when we went to deliver the car they charged you for maintenance and they never said that they would charge it when we took the car out, even having a case number with the insurance so that they could pay it, they charged it to me.
4- If someone is going to go there I recommend Kevin who speaks Spanish, this would be the only good thing there, his customer service is very efficient.
5- I currently have a claim with my bank to remove the unnecessary and unexplained payments they made to me, luckily the bank is very understanding.
I hope someone reads this and is warned before going.

Almost never write reviews or bad ones at that. AVOID this specific location.I do feel scammed by the staff here. I rented a car for a week and claimed there was only one option of car available despite lot being full and by the time I reached home I did not feel safe in this car as I noticed it was already damaged in interior and the windshield wipers were not working. I did call back explaining this however they told me to call insurance even though it’s their mess up and didn’t even try to rectify the situation. Brought back to another location where service was better but they noticed damage on the car and I explained that I complained about this as soon as I got it and now see a charge on my card.I am a local so it is disappointing that this is the closest branch but I do not see myself renting from this location again. Overall frustrating and sadly worst rental experience.

Rental car shown when we made the reservation was not the one that we got. It was smaller so we ended up leaving gifts, food and a small Christmas tree behind. This was the week of Christmas 2024. Employee should have noted the number of passengers and the kind of car that they said we would get.

This particular enterprise didn’t give me a choice of car and was given to me with a dirty interior. Maybe because GEICO customers are least important, especially during holidays when cars can be rented for more cost. This experience made Enterprise be my last option for car rentals, if I had to rent one in the near future.

I had a rental car from the Clifton location for 5 days due to someone hitting my parked car. Everything was fine, until a few days after I returned the car. I got charged $22 for a toll. I knew I hadn’t gone through any tolls, so I checked the statement. It says my rental car went through the George Washington Bridge at 8:14pm on Thanksgiving. Enterprise will not do anything to help dispute these charges, despite them having trackers on their rental cars. If they checked the tracker, they would see it was parked at my house in NJ, as I was having thanksgiving dinner with my family. Do not go to this enterprise location. They’re scammers. I’m sure it was one of the employees who used a duplicate ezpass affiliated with my rental car.

Hi my girlfriend and I just rented a car 🚗 from Enterprise in Main Avenue in Clifton and I just want to say that my experience with the agency was wonderful they took care of me quickly and all my information was available and the staff were professional and courteous.

Poor customer service. I was not given a contract or any information whatsoever about what would be deducted from my account. I did not authorize the second deduction of money. They either hung up or placed me on hold when they didn’t want to deal with my questions. They did not take the time to call the insurance company to verify information. The car was dirty, break in bad shape and tires almost flat

Showed up around 9am to a huge line and huge wait. Seems like one person is handling the 20 people waiting. Its chaotic. I'd recommend another rental agency.

The rental process was great. BUT I was told, a $300 hold was gonna be placed & released upon returning the car. I returned the car Saturday morning, its now Tuesday morning.. The pending turned into processed & my $300 is gone... I'm calling the location to no avail. I shouldn't have to go into the location to dispute this. This will make me never use enterprise again.

Quick and easy in-and-out. Selection was limited to a large number of SUVs, so they were giving non-optional "free upgrades" for all sedans which we really didn't want. They don't always answer their phone during busy times, but I was able to get through later. Nice and professional crew were very helpful and willing to answer any questions.
