this location hase very bad customer service the workers try to cheat the customer with extra service by selling them extra protection insurance when they know that they have their own the manager doesn't care they give the running around and refuse to talk to o the customer by not answering their phones

Overcharging not once but twice within 3 weeks!The first time they charged for an extra day. I called and they reversed the charge. The second time they charged an added $66 for car insurance although we told them we had our own car insurance. I called them immediately and spoke to Eric the manager. Unfortunately erik decided I needed to wait until the person that rented the car would be back from vacation a week later. It is not my job to train his employees. .The guy came back we’ve made repeated calls and still the charge has not been reversed. I now had to file a dispute with my credit card companyOn my last effort, I spoke to Eric who put me on hold. After a long hold, the call was disconnected and I tried back, and another employee answered, and erik would not pick up the phone.I don’t think you can expect employees to provide great customer service if the manager who is responsible for them is not able to do himself.

2 starts because they inventory is good. zero for service! In a 3 week period I was over charged 2 times. The first time I was charged for an extra day. I called and they reversed the charge (although it should not have happened). The second extra charge is still unresolved. Erik is the 'Manager'. I called as soon as I saw extra charge. several calls later it was still not re. ERIK said I had to wait for the person that wrote the contract to return from vacation. Really? The returned and did not returun overcharge. I called Erik AGAIN, he put me on hold until I was disconnected. I calling back and he did not pick up phone. To be clear, it is NOT the customer responsibility to train staff. Retrain your management so they can train your staff. In the meantime, I had to report charges to my credit card. suggestion to Erik, provide full refund and apologize for the absolute awful experience (to a platinum. member no less).

Great location in NJ, always quick, very whelpful and do their best to upgrade you at no cost whenever they have the opportunity to do so even without you asking for it. I've been renting for years here and I will continue doing so.

I usually go to a different location, but it was closed on Sunday.Luckily for me, I was treated very well at this branch. Everything went smoothly, from the reservation to the choosing of vehicle (Ford Bronco), which was an excellent choice. Shawn & Eric were very accommodating. In fact the whole team were pleasant and had such good vibe working with each other. I think I found my favorite location. ?

My insurance booked me a rental with Clifton location and it was the worst experience ever the manager of the location was so mean and they charged me 925 dollars for the insurance when I have my own insurance and they have a copy of my insurance when I called them they stare giving the run around it’s the worst location to rent from the workers their they have no experience of any customer service

Nice place in and out. If you have a problem they solve it right away. Once our vehicle was ready at the auto body they even gave me a ride to pick up my vehicle. The gentleman was supper respectful and drove amazing. I am a talker so we had a great conversation on our way there. I felt very safe. The Flores
