I usually come to this location and have never had an issue returning things until today. Unfortunately I have a teenager that likes to order stuff on Tik Tok this time a shirt. Being their clothes run smaller I usually buy 2 and return the one that doesn’t fit him. They scanned my return label mind you brought it in the bag it came in and I always choose the option to go to a direct FedEx store because it states to bring it they will print the label, bag, and ship it. I tried explaining to Angelica it wasn’t my first time doing this and read to her what the return option said as she kept saying I had to buy a bag and she wasn’t there the time before. I was over it asked her what bag she said to look at the wall like come on at the end of the day you want me to buy a bag at least show me which ones after looking annoyed she showed me. If your job annoys you then don’t work customer service and have empathy and understanding. The reason I say empathy is because 4 out of 5 I didn’t have to bring a bag or box again because that’s what I chose as a return option so I’m frustrated you can’t explain to me why the other times I didn’t have to and just stare me down instead of being helpful.

Beware of the guy named Richard that is the rudest guy so far over entire FedEx locations I have visited, looks like he is destroying the reputation of this location where there are lots of nice staff.

I originally had an issue with the shipping label/instructions that were sent to me by the company I was doing a return with. Manager Won was really helpful. He called the number I needed to try and resolve the issue I was having and helped me to his fullest extent all with a smile on his face. Thanks Won!

I get my packages on time 1 out of 5 packages. If you want your stuff delayed, make sure to ship with FedEx! Pretty sure a man on horse back woul be more efficient than these people. I cancelled my phone order after numerous delays over a week and ordered one through a different company that shipped through UPS. Got my phone 30 hours later.

I’ve been to this location twice and Won was incredibly helpful. He made sure the copies were excerpt what I wanted and even helped in editing one of the documents for me so it was cleaner when printing. Thank you for great customer service - as this is now hard to come by these days.

The manager Joe was so helpful. We needed an image blown up on foam board, and he was patient and professional. He easily retrieved the pdf from my phone and presented samples for my review before finalizing the item. Very skilled and courteous.

I went to this place in February and asked if I could send a cell phone to Santo Domingo, the guy told me yes, I paid $158 ok, when the package arrives in Santo Domingo it is held by customs for several days and in the end I receive an email that I had to pay $430 in taxes, I just wonder, why didn’t the FedEx guy tell me that this would happen? If the customer asks, they have to say that this could happen, anyway, I requested a return of the package and they told me that if I would have to make a payment they would notify me, they told me to create an account with FedEx for this, it turns out that I did receive the returned package, but they charged me $509 more without notifying me first, they simply charged it automatically from my FedEx account. In total, I lost almost $700 on a cell phone valued at $1,100 just because these people couldn't tell me the truth and that this could happen. They lie to you to get you to pay for the service and waste your money and time. Horrible!!

Richard is awesome! I got a very old and delicate old map that I need to scan and print. Richard is extremely patient with the whole process and went above and beyond to ensure the highest resolution for the print quality. They have great machines and staff to help! The print came out great! Highly recommended to everyone to use their services!
