I absolutely love five below, for the store. In particular, the staff is very friendly, but I must say the store is very unorganized. Some things that should belong in a particular section is often put into different sections where they don't belong, which does make it confusing for customers.

The book section was unkempt and in disarray. The employees seem to not care about the status of their store or to have professionalism. One employee asked another if the returns were put away, to which he replied loudly in mixed obscenities about the task. It made the visit uncomfortable. The yelling made the visit unpleasant. There is a time and a place for every behavior. I'm glad there were no children around as this store primarily sells to kids. I will not be returning to this location.

Manager "Chris Morgan" ... Absolutely rude when asked about a candy that is labeled 3 for $1 ... Rude and unprofessional calling me a liar because of their sign. I told them to keep the silly candy but they lost a customer.

Love the prices for the beauty and home decor, however, I believe all of the witchcraft, magic and new age books, items, toys etc., should be removed from the store. Our youth shouldn't be exposed to such things.

Great place to find everyday necessities or wants at a great price. The t-shirts don't shrink when you dry them that's a plus
