Store opens at 10am. It’s 10:45. I’ve been sitting outside for the last 25 minutes because there is no one here except a sign on the door that says be back shorty.

They were definitely helpful. They had what I needed. I will say that I went inside twice and the employees are definitely on the younger side. Place is clean, and they have a small refrigerator that you can buy several cold drinks, some of which are super healthy, others were as simple as a coke a cola, which I honestly appreciated! I would suggest doing research on what you need to buy prior to going in, the staff isn't knowledgeable however, they are helpful. They are so young they haven't had the life experience to be able to answer specific questions. Just make sure to. Research your products because they cannot give in depth answers. But very nice and friendly people. I would definitely go back to this location.

i dont like to do this kind of bad reviews but this guy in the store really deserve it. if you want to avoid physical fight please avoid this location the guy who attend costumers is rude and will throw the change on your face!! there is cameras to prove it. i cant belive the manager of this store doesnt do anything about it.

Online store says it opens at 9am but when Yu get there a sign says 10am. Their only employee come blasting music strolling in at 10:27. Terrible and he had a attitude like he didn’t want to come to work.

7/20/2021 when ther (was about 1:30 PM) it was a lady with glasses I was being nice to her but she did not know anything about nutrition, for some reason she thought that I was hitting on her and she flipped out on me and I was confused I was about to walk out without my stuff but I really needed it. I will never go back to that place again in my life it was the worst experience ever...

This place is super clean and the customer service is great. I had a man named Alex help me out and he was very friendly and gave me great advice as far as what products to choose from. Love coming to this GNC!

I came here recently to get some smoothies and to look around. I've had smoothies from here before but it's only when I have someone get them for me, so I wanted to check out the store. Not sure if this is GNC anymore or A to Z Nutrition and Smoothies. However the case I was extremely disappointed when I found out an employee was not wearing their mask. I walked in and the employee came in behind me, I'm assuming she was starting her shift. She walked in without a mask. I'm thinking she's just another customer that the employees will tell her something. But no, they didn't. Then she walked around the counter and I realized she worked there. She continued to talk to other employees and they said nothing to her about wearing a mask. Like over 300,000 people have died from this virus and she goes to work with NO MASK !? That's so dangerous. I go to the smoothie section and decide on 2 smoothies to get, eventually she comes over to that side still not wearing a mask. She was asking what else I wanted in the smoothie and I was gonna ask her to wear her mask, but just as she's about to start making it she puts it on. I should have walked out because that's ridiculous. How inconsiderate, selfish and stupid can someone be ? I'm very upset with not just her, but the other employees and who I'm sure was the manager as well. Because they all saw her and said nothing. They're all concerned with talking to each-other because I need to also mention, that when I walked in, all of the employees saw me, and no one said hi to me. Not a hello, how are you, not how can I help you today nothing. And I know they saw me cause I saw them looking at me. I even walked around the whole store because like I said I wanted to look around, and no one still said anything to me. And I was pretty much the only person in the whole store except 2 other people that came in after me. So not only is this place probably helping spread the virus they also suck at customer service. This was an extremely disappointing visit. Do not come here unless you want to risk your chances of getting the virus or if you want to just be ignored. (I'm also posting this on both pages so people can see this, on this page and the A-Z one)

Employees don't seem to believe in masks. This is extremely concerning considering they're a store based on wellness, yet don't care about the spread of a deadly virus. Staff seems more wrapped in their cell phones than customer service. Staff has ATTITUDE.

I spent quite some time at this location the evening I went in. The Sales Associate that was there to help was welcoming, friendly & very informative. Unfortunately I missed his name. Great Guy!Will definitely be returning to this location for more of my vitamin and herbal needs.Thank You!
