Came in for a pedicure and it was a horrible experience. The woman doing my pedicure acted like she did not want to be there. When she came to service me she didn’t look at me or greet me. She then proceeds to be rough with me, I asked nicely to be easier but like I said before she did not want to be doing my pedicure. I felt so uncomfortable I stopped service. All the woman in the front said was “sorry”. Will not be coming back

I’ve been a loyal customer here for a while, and the owners are truly nice people, but the woman at the front desk is another story. I had an 11:00 AM appointment with Gina, arrived at 10:55, and was told they’d already taken someone else because she “thought I wasn’t coming.” No apology, no effort to make it right, just a dismissive attitude like she’s doing me a favor by letting me be there. Newsflash — customers are paying for a service, not begging for one. With that kind of treatment, I won’t be returning.

I've been a regular at this salon because I really like the nail technician, Hariana—she always does a great job on my nails. However, my last visit was a complete letdown. I booked a pedicure for myself and my son and manicure with gel removal, for me, clearly stating my needs during the appointment setup. Despite this, the store manager's communication was unacceptable and left me feeling humiliated.
It was frustrating when she suggested I should have mentioned needing more time, as if it was my fault. Shouldn't the staff properly estimate and manage service durations based on what's requested? While I appreciate Hariana and the work she does, the manager's attitude and overall handling of the situation were unprofessional and off-putting.
Because of this, I don't foresee myself returning. I chose not to engage further in the moment to handle it with dignity, but I felt it necessary to share this feedback in hopes of improvements.

UNREAL!!! I spent 57 dollars on a gel pedicure. What a scam!!!! You can go anywhere else in clifton and get a pedicure for half the price. Save your money DO NOT go here… you will be scammed.

Workers are great. Management can be rude. Go at your own emotional risk.

I've been looking for a new go-to nail salon after moving to Clifton during the summer. Largo House is quite close to me so I wanted to give this place a shot as it would have been so ideal to have a salon within minutes from my home. The first time I visited, I tried a walk-in and they looked right at me and said no. This time, I called ahead and was able to make an appointment quickly and easily for a regular mani-pedi without any issues. So far so good. This nail salon is tucked into a shopping center so there is free parking in a parking lot so you don't have to worry about looking for street parking or anything, another bingo. However, once I arrived and checked in, that's where it started to fall apart. I picked out my color and I wanted to get my manicure first so I asked specifically, but once you check-in, the front desk attendant was MIA and I had no idea who to go with, where to go or what was happening. The person who did my manicure was just okay. It as a serious, no frills manicure, they don't even soak your nails in a bowl, they just put some stuff on your nail beds, spray it down with water and then do some quick cleaning and polish. Fortunately my nails were cleaned up fine as the polish/painting was not great. They didn't even get the entire nail bed covered by the top coat so you can clearly see the parts that were covered in lacquer and those that weren't. The manicure is only $14, which is a bit much for how no frills it is, but it got the job done. Then, I went to get my pedicure. The chair wasn't the cleanest, the arm rest was covered in white powder which looked like someone had gotten their nails or arcylics done there and didn't clean up. The pedicure was a bit better and took 30 minutes on the dot to do with again, clean up, polish, etc. and the typical things that you'd expect from a pedicure. This time my legs got rubbed down a bit, but aside from that, it was just fine. The mani/pedi combo was $40, which is alright, but for the quality of service and customer service, I'd still say it was steep and shouldn't have been more than 30. Honestly, not the most welcoming or friendly environment so while the work was okay, I'll be going elsewhere and can't really recommend this spot to anyone. Pro-tip, bring cash as starting in October 2023, they started charging service charges for paying with credit or debit card. They have a zero fee ATM in the salon but it didn't work for me when I tried to withdraw money to pay.
