After some shopping around, this was probably the cleanest storage facility I’ve ever seen. I had the pleasure of getting helped out by Dave. He was very kind and happily answered all my questions, even gave me a small tour to see what unit may work best for what I need. If the cleanliness wasn’t enough to sell me, the caring staff certainly was. Makes the moving process a little easier, 10/10

Very deceptive pricing practices. I leased a unit online for $80/month, but only three months later my rate was raised to $177 more than double. When I called to ask why, I was told it was because my original price was a temporary “online promotional offer” and that rates are adjusted based on demand. None of this critical information was disclosed to me upfront when I signed the lease.To make matters worse, I was told that because I rented online, I had fewer options, and one of only solution offered was to downgrade to a smaller unit at the same inflated price which I refused. This feels like a classic bait-and-switch tactic.lure customers in with low advertised prices, then jack up the rate shortly after.Had I known my rent would nearly triple in such a short period, I would have never chosen this facility. Transparency should be standard practice, and unfortunately, this company failed miserably in that regard.

I walked into the Extra Storage space today after an extremely long day of work just to gather information about rental a space, I was immediately greeted by David whom at the time was outside working along his teammate Yohan. David stopped working to greet and engage with me about my reason for stopping in today. After minutes of informing David I was trying to make a transition from my current Storage unit do to travel purposes, David was able to not only walk me through the rates for units available, but I was given the grand tour on a really cool golf cart, lol, so i could visually see the Storage units available to fit my business needs. I have to admit in that moment I was sold. He was personable, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about the Storage field as a whole. He also showed great leadership skills by introducing me to his team mate Yohan as a reference point shall I may need anything in the future with the storage unit. Yohan very similar to David made the tough experience of choosing a good storage unit much easy for me , by reassuring me that I was in good hands after my tour with David, and was making the right choice. I believe the most appreciative gesture from the guys was the abilitly to save me a trip to my current unit space, by walking me through the mobile app to update date some account information. I was honestly hesitate to stop into today, but couldnt be more happy and relieved with the Customer service that I received. Absolutely top tier experience!!!!!

Dave was the consummate professional!! He was helpful, kind, a delight to work with! I would recommend extra space storage 300 Allwood Rd., Clifton to anyone, anywhere for any reason! I hope to continue using extra space for as long as I need! If customer service was this excellent everywhere, I would be a very happy person! Thanks, Dave again and again! You were most helpful!
