Worst Day care center ever I got. Unprofessional Management don’t know how to handle the center. Teachers are rude and racist. Director Cynthia don’t know nothing about customer service and management.

The staff is so kind and clearly loves the kids! My daughter is always in a great mood when I pick her up. I’m glad she’s in a place where her teachers genuinely care about her.

I worked there. I had to quit because I was getting fed up. Management loves to hire people that have no day care experience. I stayed there to level up but how if there’s new teachers in and out that have no idea what they really signed up for and getting a higher pay salary? Make it make sense.

We have been in the Lightbridge family for 5 years beginning in the infants class and now in the Pre-K class. Both my girls love coming to school each day to see their teachers and friends. The facility is extremely clean and I love the Directors, and each teacher we have had along the way. The teachers always say hello to them when they see them. This is my eldest daughters last few months there and It breaks my heart that we will not have her main teacher, Ms. Tiana anymore. She has really helped my daughter break out of her shell and not be as timid. I've also seen such an improvement with her speech, and handwriting. Because of her teaching-I feel extremely confident she is going to be fully prepared for Kindergarten next year. Would recommend Lightbridge Academy to anyone =)

My son has enjoyed going to Lightbridge since he was 6 months old. He is currently enrolled in the Pre-K4 program and his teacher, Ms. Tiana, is amazing. Not only does she do a phenomenal job helping prepare her students for Kindergarten but you can tell that she truly cares about them. She has also gone above and beyond to help my son through a stuttering problem that he had for several months. There are typically one or two problem students in every classroom and it can be challenging for a teacher to manage that dynamic especially when the parents don't take any accountability for their children's actions and choose to shift the blame to the teacher. I've heard this happen countless times from several of my friends who are teachers and it's disheartening. When my son graduates in June, we will certainly miss Ms. Tiana, Mr. Michael, and Ms. Elsa. You are appreciated!

We've had both our kids at Lightbridge Academy since they were babies. Every step of the way, Lightbridge has been a warm and welcoming place. We took a break during the height of Covid, but when we returned we were so glad we did. My son was thrilled to be there and on weekends would ask if he could go to school. One of his teachers is Ms. Tiana and we love her - she makes daycare so much for them. My daughter is younger and also loves her teachers and all of the activities. They have a camera system so I can watch my kids during the day and I love seeing them interacting with everyone and enjoying their days.

Eleni, the Assistant Director of this specific facility, is exceptional. She was very accommodating and made sure we felt comfortable with dropping off our 1 year old daughter at daycare for the first time. I also appreciate the mobile app that let's you monitor your kids. Nothing but great things to say!

My son has been attending Lightbridge since he was 6 months old. I have to say that our experience has been great. He is now in pre-k 4 in Miss Tiana’s class. He absolutely adores her. I couldn’t help but see the negative review from another parent. As a former teacher, I have to say that when you have 20 students in a classroom, not every parent is going to be happy. They are so quick to blame the teacher for everything. This year Miss Tiana has a very challenging classroom as far as behaviors are concerned. She is a great teacher who loves my child like he’s her own. If you haven’t taught 20 children before and had to deal with parents-then one shouldn’t judge. That alone is difficult. Miss Tiana is super responsive, caring, smart, and our family couldn’t be happier. She, along with the other staff members, have gone above and beyond for our son and for that I am grateful. We are very sad to be leaving Lightbridge in August because my son will be off to Kindergarten.

We've been sending our daughter to Lightbridge for the past 4 years. Due to the pandemic, we decided to let our daughter stay at home for 15 months. When we started sending her again to Lightbridge in the summer of 2021, she was placed in Green Frogs under Ms Tiana's instruction. Due to the isolation my daughter faced during the pandemic, she had behavioral problems at school and acted out frequently (which is normal). Ms Tiana kept me in the loop about my daughter's progress while we worked with her. Fast forward a few months, my daughter is back to her well-adjusted self. I'm very grateful to Lightbridge, Ms Tiana, Ms Elsa, Mr Micheal (and other teachers too) who helped me with taking care of my child. She'll be graduating Green Frogs (Pre-K) this summer and enrolling in kindergarten soon.I'd like to call out Ms Tiana in particular. It's not easy to deal with a class of 4 and 5 year olds but she tries very hard to maintain a calm classroom. She's firm with the children when needed and only believes in positive reinforcement. She tries very hard to think of creative assignments and activities that the children enjoy every day. I can see the positive impact she's had on my daughter because my daughter acts like a mini Ms Tiana at home (lol) and calms down my sometimes-difficult toddler. My toddler is also at the same daycare and I plan to keep her there till she starts kindergarten too. I hope she also gets to be placed in Green Frogs under Ms Tiana.

This school use to be amazing once my daughter started to attend. This school was once consideredbeing a high end school but seems to be going down the drain, my daughter has a teacher name TIANA who seems to never be at school as the lead teacher to properly teach the students always and gone, keep in mind this is not a cheap school over $1400 per month we are paying to have our child educated here, since the moment she has gotten into this class it has been nothing but just negative information given regarding my 4 year old daughter, This teacher is unprofessional in every regards, she lacks proper and effective communication skill, tried to have a conversation with the lady in regards to a situation at school but she wants to overtalk and have the conversation in the classroom with the children verses being professional and having it outside of the classrooms, she is demeaning to parents overheard her talking to her classroom Assitance about parents not submitting documents while a parent who is paying for your salary is present! I would not recommend her as a teacher for anyone to teach your child!

My child started last year at Light Bridge Academy and I am more than delighted with how he has blossomed. I was very afraid and skeptical about how he would adapt due to the fact that he was always home with me. Thanks to MS. TIANA and the great staff at Light Bridge my son has adjusted exceptionally. His social skills have developed tremendously and I am so grateful for that! I am also very grateful for Ms. TIANA. She is an AMAZING TEACHER! MS. TIANA and her assistant are fantastic. They are patient, loving and dedicated. The love I see her students, staff and parents have for her is amazing. MS. TIANA has been so caring and has deeply invested in my son’s growth and development.

Lightbridge is a breath of fresh air for us! Our daughter is a year and a half and the class is structured with a curriculum that suits the age and challenges her. The teachers and staff are so friendly and accommodating. They update the app regularly so we always know what our daughter is doing. We are so happy we found Lightbridge!

I don't know where to start. My daughter simply loves going to school. I can tell during drop off and I when I pick her up. She is never upset about getting there and on our way home she amazes me with how she expresses what went on on a particular day. She's refers to her teachers with love and a closeness that brings our family so much peace. Her language keeps expanding daily both in English, Spanish and ASL in such a shocking way we are sometimes speechless and laugh at how quirky she can be. She comes home daily with projects and pictures they worked on and loves to explain what she did and that I should be proud. I am very thankful for this academy, for the care that my daughter is given daily. The concern her teachers have when she doesn't eat well, misbehaves, or just doesn't seem right; as well as their amazement when she does a wonderful job, is just a treasure to have. She has been in two different classrooms so far and the loving culture is seamless all throughout. Miss Susie at Orange Giraffes is the Potty Guru!! I have read comments about the price, but it is absolutely worth every penny. Wonderful place. I would recommend anyone to bring their little ones any time!
