I took my phone here to get my screen fixed. Everything was good for a few days until the front camera fogged up and the screen started glitching. I tried calling them to see if they could fix it but after I explained my situation and he hung up on me I have been trying to get a hold of them for weeks now and I can’t really stop by as I am not local. I’m just disappointed they didn’t honor their warranty time. It’s unacceptable that they would treat me like this. I was really nice and understanding with them by they were nothing but rude and distant. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone just go somewhere else where they won’t slap the cheapest screen on your phone that’ll stop functioning after a few days. 1 star is generous for the way I was treated, total rip off.

I took a phone here about 2 months ago. Perfect condition just needed the screen fixed, Fast forward 2 months later the screen no longer works. When I called they offered no help and told me I’d just have to pay again, why would I pay for something again that they clearly were not smart enough to fix the first time? Definitely filing a dispute with my bank as well as contacting the Better Business Bureau because they also are scamming people. While on the phone I herd a women in the back asking if they should charge normal price, higher or lower like are you kidding? Absolutely not don’t come here they have no customer service skills as well as will charge you extra then what you should pay.

DONT TRUST THIS STORE; One star is too much!! took my phone twice to get fix, the first time was my screen cracked and then my battery started acting up. I didn’t think anything of it, I took it back to get fixed once again and the battery still popped out and almost blew up on me. Didn’t think nothing of it at first.Then I took my IPad mini, to fix my screen. I noticed the back was burned, now my iPad heats up after being on for 5mins, they replace my batteries from my phone with bad ones, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR APPLE ORIGINAL BATTERIES AND REPLACE WITH OLD, to resell it. Don’t trust them!! Next I’m contacting TMobile and BBB. Some bull!! And it wasn’t cheap!!

I was out of town and my IPhone X screen completely stopped working. I walked into MD and Mo was able to take care of me within 15-20 mins & I had a brand new screen along with. Screen protector. Extremely fast service and affordable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Staff was friendly, knowledgable and had exactly what I was looking for. Perfect spot for accessories. Will certainly be visiting this establishment for all my future wireless needs. Fyi, they carry more accessories than u will see showcased out front...just ask.
