Clearly one person does not represent the entire store, however, when it's a manager, it speaks volumes. I snuck away from work to have a picture custom framed. I milled around for a bit searching for someone. Then went to the front requesting help at the framing station. I was told that they just left for break/lunch. I did not have a half to wait and asked if there was someone else could help so they paged a manager. Claudio's position was, do you take a lunch? I told him we get one chance to make a sale. I asked for his name to be sure to give him full credit:). He could have handled it like this, "Sorry they're on break, perhaps I can help"?C'est la vie

This was a nice Michaels.Clean.Well organized.The staff was super helpful.The manager helped me set up my rewards app.

I used to always go to Michael's but this spot was lacking. The customer service was lacking all around and off putting. No one seemed to know what paper quilling was and had no semblance of how to help me find what I need. Unfortunately will be looking for another location for my crafting needs.

I ordered some glasses online. When they were delivered, 2 out of the 8 glasses were broken due to the way it was packaged. I went to the store to get a replacement or my money back. I ended up just getting a refund. However, they only refunded the cost of the item and not the s&h or even the taxes! I had to call in to the 800 number and thankfully the representative gave me the credit for the difference.
