It's a craft store which I used to love until last time I was there. I had a coupon for 5.00 off. The cashier said it expired in the morning of the day it was good for? NEVER heard such a misinformed notion! Never go back!

Parking is horrific, but the store itself is good. Found what I was looking for quickly, but they have so much to look at, I ended up buying supplies for a spur of the moment project.

Great selection! Neatly organized store! Poor management. Faith does not exhibit any management or customer service skills. I get to the register- 3 employees up there, and no one offers to assist. I was having trouble using my coupon and asked for assistance; Faith reluctantly came over, after I stood for a while and expressed I needed assistance. She explained the copy of my coupon was not good and I needed to scan it on my phone and walked away. After trying to pull it up with the phone with no avail, Nehal pleasantly came over to assist me and made sure I got the coupon I was searching for. It's unfortunate that the employees show more courtesy than the manager. I will not return here again.

Great customer service and a very organized store. They had everything we needed for Halloween. We got the basket and the ribbon for a little red riding hood costume. Love it!

I like to shop at Michaels they have so many things that I need. It's great for decorating for the holidays. The only problem I have is sometimes when you order online they send you an email that the product is not available. I wish that they would keep better inventory.
