It’s normal to feel anxious when a company or person new to you starts working to fix something on your property. I did which is why I am writing this review. I called a company called NextGen to fix two leaking skylights on my roof. A previous company has misinstallded them and they were leaking badly with each rainfall. The NextGen service representative , Ken Duci, came and was so open. So helpful, that I immediately trusted him. He and his workers took one day to remove the skylights which I had bought new but which had been damaged. Ken and NextGen did a fine and fastidious job and while I felt completely satisfied, they promised to come back immediately if I should have any problems. I doubt very much that I will have problems , although I regret than I won’t see them again until I need any other work done. Everything about our project was extremely professional. It was a real pleasure to deal with Dennis as he explained every step of our roof replacement in great detail, much different from other reps who barely spent 10 minutes at our initial meeting. Once we decided to proceed, all went smoothly and as promised. A big, cheerful crew showed up at our house on a sunny day and literally transformed our house in 1 long day. When the project was done, all the mess and debris was beautifully cleaned up. This was the best experience I've had dealing with a large house project and would recommend this crew to everyone. Ken and everyone at Next Gen roofing did an excellent job removing our old roof and installing a new one with a 50 year warranty!! Gonna be around longer than me. Looks great and they addressed all our concerns by installing water / ice barriers, flashing etc. And just making us feel 100% confident that our roof is even better than it was 62 years ago when it was built new.

Worked with Kenny with my roof, professional and precise with work...absolutely the best team! I had a lot of issues and we got the fair deal with reasonable pricing...Not only roofing, guys don't sugarcoat, will do the best service and would prefer them with house issues and any repairs...Thank you guys!!

We were not in town when the roof was replaced. The NextGen Roofing team was excellent at keeping us informed of the start dates, progress and send pictures daily to show the quality installation as it occurred. NextGen Roofing is a very good company, I highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

I can't say enough good about The Roofing Company. He arrived on time, told me what he was going to check and repair if necessary. Then he did what needed to be done. He explained to me what he had done. He was very pleasant. I highly recommend and will use them for any future roofing prolems.
