“10 stars to RICH in fastener department!!!!!So I was at the fastener department looking for stainless steel screws and the female that came to help had a very nasty attitude did want to look for anything she was in a hurry so basically said go about your day til RICH walked up and said can I help you I said yes he right away Had a great attitude helped and said he would call us if he found the screws within 20 min he called and said that he found what we was looking for great attitude great customer service Good man THANK YOU RICH”
