Went to this branch for the first time and the teller erroneously took out close to $400 from my savings account instead of from a different customer who requested it out of their own account!!!! Now another branch is trying to resolve it...very careless...

Why do you need to question me for four thousand dollars? It’s my money and I’m entitled to withdraw it when I need it. This branch denied my request because I already have made a withdrawal from my account the same day. I understand that if it’s through the ATM machine i have a daily limit but at the teller station inside the bank? Unacceptable

Hey, why can't you update your Google listing to remove the drive through feature since you obviously closed and removed your drive through lanes a long time ago? Went out of my way to use this branch for that reason and had to use lobby which wasted another 15 minutes of my time this morning. THANKS FOR NOTHING!

Teach the employees not to discriminate. It is wrong to judge someone just because they have tattoos on their face. You shouldn’t judge a book by it’s cover. Even the man that’s best dressed with name brand clothing could be the person to put a gun to your head or try to scam you.Discrimination is unacceptable. It wasn’t done to the other customers it shouldn’t have been done to my children’s father. It’s disgusting how people will automatically judge based on tattoos. This will be reported to the proper department.

I would visit another branch if possible. It's short stafged, maybe 2 ppl as tellers, and a few times in 1 week I attempted to get a new card on the spot and machine didnt work, and the next day, 3 ppl were ahead of me during my 20 min lunch break while workers were moving slowly. I work in a medical office e that is always over worked a d understaffed so I get it . I also have had PNC for over 15 years. I ordered a card monday morning. Its now sunday and I havent seen it yet.

The worst I walked in today to open an account and the lady in the front was basically giving me a hard time as if she didn’t want to help me open an account I had all my paperwork and she sat there and told me it’s going to be a long wait because there’s a lot of people but when I look up there we’re only 2 people. Horrible spot came here to get money for withdrawal and they dont even have over $2,000 in the whole bank???? HORRIBLE BANK this isnt the first second or third time they gave me a hard time. Dont EVER make an account here or even look towards this trash bank. Zero stars if possible. Chase bank for the win!

They are not helpful at all. They used to be nice and helpful but not anymore. The management has changed I guess. I have 3 accounts in PNC and now Im trying to withdraw my money. Its been almost a week now. Still couldn’t get it. Sandra was not helpful at all. She keeps telling me to go to other branches even though I opened my account in this branch. Very unpleasant service. Dont expect fast service here.

Stay away from this ATM if u are not a PNC bank customer . ATM was rigged not to disperse cash but take out of your account . STAY AWAY FROM THE ATM IF YOU ARE NOT A PNC BANK CUSTOMER

Avoid this branch. Rude and disrespectful employees. Bank is ok but this branch needs to treat it's customers with respect and consideration.I waited for 15 minutes for someone to help me. And the employees were just on their phones talking about homework, food, and haircuts. Then finally they tell me to just come tomorrow because their system has been down. Couldn't tell me that before making me wait 15 minutes?
