“Just went there today to mail out my passport renewal. To clarify, I did not do my passport application there on site. I did everything at home but went here to mail it out. Samantha helped me out with all the packaging and shipping details tho. Reviewed my application, made sure everything looked good, confirmed all information and the time frame it would take to receive my new one. Very helpful and very pleasant to deal with. “People only give poor reviews when there is bad service but when there is a good service done there should also be credit given. We were very pleased with the customer service today. We came for FBI fingerprinting and the staff stayed overtime here to help us and other customers. She was also very polite considering how many people were here. “Pretty well known post office.Has everything you need from a front desk, drop off boxes, you name it. Staff are quite slow but USPS’s feel understaffed everywhere.Some post offices don’t have drop off boxes so I come to this location to which has plenty of options to send your packages.Bear in mind, post offices are overclocked during the holidays.”
