The testing center itself is fine. The people are friendly and attentive.
Quest as a company is awful. Be prepared to wait long times for results with no communication. God help you if you want to speak to an actual human. You can ask the AI-driven "Quest Assistant" multiple times for a real human before ever getting one, and then expect that person to hang up while you're still asking questions.

I arrived 5 minutes late and tried to check in on the ipad. It said "You are more than 1 minute late, and will need to schedule a new appointment". 1 minute is your buffer ? Seriously ?

Because I came early and signed in they wouldn't take me until my time but had I signed in as a walk in in they would have seen me. There was about 15 mins with no walks in nor people with appointments that I could have been seen.

I had a fantastic experience at Quest Diagnostics. The staff member who assisted me was incredibly kind and helpful, making the process smooth and pleasant. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the facility, which added to my comfort. Highly recommend!

Maria was AMAZING with my 2 year old! I really appreciate her patience and kindness which took away a lot of the stress for the first blood test. She talked my daughter through the whole thing and gave lots of stickers :) thank you Maria!!

The "Clifton, NJ" facility is conveniently located, with no parking hassles. Once you get an appointment, the process is quite smooth and seamless. The facility is clean and well maintained. I took an early morning appointment so that also helped. Overall, I will keep going back to this location in future too.

The whole process seem to be good. Created MyQuest account and made an appt online. Got a text to check-in 10 min before the actual appt time, and got called in at the time of appt. I made sure to have printed copies of all the needed tests on hand. Place looks clean and my tech Maria was wonderful! In and out in 15-20 min.
