The environment is friendly and the staff is amazing. The equipment is clean and up to date. They are always adding new equipment to make the gym even better.

SUCH an amazing and supportive environment! The classes are fun but still tough and you will leave knowing you've gotten a great workout! Plus, the community is amazing. So happy I've come to Real Body FIT!
Real Body Fit is a boutique fitness studio located in Clifton, NJ. We offer group training sessions as well as 1 on 1 private training sessions. Our classes range from 2-10 members per class, at the times of 5:30am, 9:30 am, and 7:30 pm on weekdays. On weekends we have classes at 9:30 am and 10:30 am. We offer weight training, sculpting, toning, TRX, barre, piloxing, 20/20/20, muscle building, and much more. We have a tight, friendly community that is very welcoming.
