Went there to have a slide on my jacket fixed was quoted $20 which I thought was high but love the jacket luckily they didn't have the size slide for my zipper, so then he try's to sell me a entire new zipper for $60 then when I said no he said he'd do it for $50, luckily just had a bad vibe so went to DeLuxe on Main Ave they replaced the slide for $8

I called at 5:58 told them I’ll be there at 6:02. They said no, we close 6pm sharp. I said pls, I’m a good customer. They didn’t seem to care. I arrived at 5:59 after speeding there. The doors were already locked and closed signs already posted. Workers inside who ignored me. I’m sure they don’t need my business, but a word to the wise they don’t act like a local shop. They don’t care. I won’t be back.

My daughter brought her bridesmaid dress to be hemmed and steamed off. First the tailors hours posted are not followed which should have been a warning sign. Then when we went to pick up the dress… first they could not find it and when they did it was not hemmed nor steamed. They did rush it and we are hoping it will be done right. Btw they never steamed the dress. I def would not return.

This conveniently located cleaner and tailor offers excellent service and value for money. The service staff are a super friendly group of women who always treat me like a friend. And their tailor is fantastic.

One of the staff that I never saw before(being going there for more than 4 years)she was extremely nasty,if I was her boss I will definitely let her go immediately..they loose a weekly client because of her rudenessShe was very disrespectful

I never came here however because there was accident on the street i was forced to go into there parking lot all i was trying to do was wait for my wife to come out the building 3 buildings down since the cop didnt allow me to go forwardAs i pulled into prking lot i noticed my daughter needed a diaper changeOwner agressive was saying i cant park here customers only and began to flag down cops to come and authorize a towing i wasnt in parking spot for even a minuteHe was rushing me to get out of the soot when no other space was taken

2023; new tailor. Not impressed. Hemmed my pants to short after I tried them on and told him to make longer. Now I have new pants that I will never wear.2021 Excellent tailor, competitive pricing.

First thing I'd like to mention is that I've been doing business with Safeway for over 3 years now since I moved to Clifton. My dry cleaning bills are a considerable amount.A few days ago I picked up a dress that I had cleaned there. As always, I do a quick look at my cleaned items.While still in the store I pulled up the plastic and the dress had a lot of creases on it. I asked the employee helping me to have the manager/owner speak to me.I have never met the owner before. As soon as he appeared, I could just tell there wouldn't be an easy resolution.I explained to him when the dress was brought in to be cleaned it did not have all these creases on the dress.So he started to explain that the machine they use did not appear to be able to dry clean the dress as should be expected. They should have stopped right there.So I would have thought I would have been contacted by the owner right away after these creases were noticed before continuing any further. We'll, that did not happen and my dress is now unwearable.He did not offer anything in the way of reimbursement or even an apology.Lesson learned, I should have read all the prior reviews regarding the way he handles his business.Thanks for listening.

I have been a customer of Saveway since 1990! Now I am a customer no longer.. they lost my grandsons new Nordstrom dress shirt . They gave my daughter a stained white Calvin Klein shirt ( wrong size) and INSISTED it was HER shirt! Rude!! Not going back. I think we know OUR OWN clothing. All we wanted was our shirt back

I've been using wash and fold services for 25 years and never have I seen a cleaners as bad as this. None of the places I've ever used have ever given me my clothes back this wrinkled. My clothes look like they were crumpled in a ball and left to dry in the basket. I've literally never seen clothes this wrinkled before, I didn't even know it was possible. They have to be doing it on purpose. They charge more than any other place I've ever used, they refused to discount the weight if the laundry bag and they're not open on the weekends, so get used to dropping and picking up laundry being part of the weekday chores. Or you can goto Allwood Cleaners down the block and get people that actual give a crap about customers.
