“Very rarely do I leave reviews. Had to leave one today. I stopped by this facility looking for a small storage space. Really glad that I did. The associate was a wonderful soul by the name of Jennifer. She assisted in helping me identify the best unit for my needs and was very straightforward about pricing etc. On top of that she made me smile on what had been a very stressful morning. It was one of the most impressive customer service experiences that I have had in quite some time. As I was leaving another customer came in and I noticed that Jennifer remembered the person's name and the reason for her visit without being prompted. Very special employee and person. Jennifer thank you for lightening my load today.”

“Have a unit for over a year. The facility is well maintained and clean. The elevator always works, which is great. My one gripe is that there are no bathrooms. There is a Porta potty outside though.”
