Very bad service, I know Vietnamese and they were making comments in my appearance saying that I’m fat. Not only that but my nails were shit. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to get shitty nails.

Went in for gel mani & pedi and loved my nails the day they were done. However, 48 hours later and the gel is already lifting and fir paying $85 this is unacceptable especially that these were fir my birthday and I’m traveling so it’s not like I can go back and get them fixed. I’m really disappointed and felt like my service was rushed and the proper prep wasn’t don’t to prevent lifting. Here are photos of the nails over the past 2 days

I've been coming here for 16 years, but sadly, the quality and hospitality have declined. Anthony, who used to be welcoming, now barely acknowledges me, and the new techs haven’t met the standard I'm used to. My recent visits have left me feeling unwelcome and disappointing ,not just by the service, but also by the cold treatment from both Anthony and his wife May. It's disheartening after so many years of loyalty, but it's time for me to take my business elsewhere. I hope they reflect on how they treat longtime clients.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! I wish I could leave a 0 star. But since this is the only way I can write a review so be it. I came here because one of my friend’s nails looked really good and she said she got them done here. Maybe I typed it in the navigation wrong or something because walking up to the salon it was dull and damp. When you walked in and talked to the male receptionist he allows walk ins and says it will be 20 minutes. So I sit down and wait since it’s not that bad of a wait time. But then he disappears from time to time and doesn’t look at us and then smokes on the entrance to the salon. We had waited for over an hour at this point and I was talking with another walk in who just came in and was getting the same thing as me. I tell her I’ve been waiting for an hour and other people have been going before me without appointments. Then mid conversation she’s called to go. At that point I walked up to him and said I was told 20 minutes and it’s been an hour and a half you let others go and completely ignored me. Then he calls me over and says he’s going to do my nails. Mind you he looks like he doesn’t fit in, he’s dirty and scruffy and smells like smoke. At that point I walked out the door because I was beyond upset.

They were really impatient after I asked them to thicken up the french tip line on my feet. The lady made it crooked and we’re disrespectful when I pointed it out. I do not recommend going to this place.

Ridiculously expensive to receive such horrible service. The girl couldn’t care less how my nails were done. Did a mani and pedi of it in half an hour for it to look streaky. I took it off as soon as I got home

Went here for a manicure a day before my wedding. 1 the nail tech doing my nails was rude rough and rushing to finish me. I expressed how important it was for my nail shape to be perfect I explained how I wanted them done I like them short etc and she tries to explain to me to leave them long because the polish covers you won’t see the length. Which was not my point I wanted short nails so I would scratch myself or my wife. Once finished I noticed my middle finger was a little inflamed but I figured maybe I had a small cut or something. Fast forward 3 weeks turns out I got an infection from this salon. They clearly do not clean their things they don’t care about the customers I will never be returning here again nor will my wife and family members. You guys really disappointed us.

I feel bad leaving this because I love Hanna she is a great nail tech and does good work. But the man who sits in the front is a complete jerk, I called for the time for walk-ins he told me 20 minutes. I waited an hour and twenty minutes. He had the audacity to give me a dirty look and speak negatively about me in his language.
It wouldn’t be a big deal if this was the first time I’ve had to walk out of there. But it’s now the third time this has happened to me with him. With my schedule it isn’t easy for me to make appointments or treat myself with getting my nails done. He had it impossible that day.
Go to Fashion Nail Spa instead on Paulison Ave. They treat you kindly and do a good job.

Absolutely terrible experience.
I went in to get my nails done and showed them a picture of what I wanted — just a slightly shorter version. Instead, they gave me the exact mess in the photo I’m attaching.
When I went back to talk to the manager, he told me I’d have to pay another $40 to fix their mistake. He spoke to me in a rude, unprofessional way, and then started talking to the staff in a different language I didn’t understand — clearly talking about me.
When I asked my sister to help me explain and put her on speaker, he straight up said “I’m not talking to anyone else,” and snapped at me, saying “I don’t have time for you, I’m working.” He refused to speak to me privately or try to resolve the issue.
On top of that, when I asked for a receipt, they refused and said, “You paid cash, so you don’t get a receipt.”
Like… what? That’s completely unacceptable and shady.
Extremely disrespectful behavior.
This place is a joke — avoid it unless you want to waste your money and be treated like trash.

After coming here for years, I'm finally done. The man at the front has always had a rude disposition but today was the last straw. After waiting for an hour, he allowed two other women to go ahead of me & played dumb when I called him out. So I spent an hour in the shop waiting to be seen, only to leave.
I've always tipped nicely but I will never come here again.
