Bad phone etiquette. To me, they seemed inconvenienced. They put me on hold without any notification. Long silence. Couldn't locate a print order. Seems unorganized.

I feel compelled to say something about the tech supervisor, Jonas. I don't believe I have ever posted a review in the past. Jonas was knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating, and mostimportantly..human. He has earned a customer for life. If I can get what I need at the Staple store in Clifton, that is where I am going. Price or convenience will not change my mind. Thank you, Jonas

The customer service representative Frank was so helpful and nice . The Clifton staples store didn’t have my product, but he had suggested other store and I was able to purchase it . Thank you Frank !!! :-)

Really bad customer service. Employees are not trained. Sent a deck to be printed out. Waited 30 min, as it was printed incorrectly 2x

Copy machines are always broken and they have like 8 on the floor...They had to take my Personal Private papers to the back to copy..????????Why have so Many printers on the floor of none of them work ???And always have to wait for the Employees at least 10 minutes while they talkWhy not take care of the customers then talk about whatever ???This staples is always empty now I know whyWell I won't come here no more

Bad attention, today Friday the 13th I arrived at 7:30 with my USB to be able to print 50 photographs and the lady told me that they would be there on Tuesday, I asked her if I could wait because she told me that she had orders to print, I stayed until 10 :05pm inside the store thinking that I could now print my work that it wouldn't take me 5 minutes to print and she came out shouting that I couldn't do it because I was tired and that only she is on night shift, it can't be possible for her to yell at me, I am a client, my work was already ready to print, I have realized that in your premises your workers only wait for the hours to pass and to collect their salary
