Complaint/Rant:
I wanted to purchase a $49.99 item but the cashier said it was $63. I insisted it was $49 and he informed me that was the "online" price. He immediately changed it to 49. I informed him that the price on the shelf also said 49. I'm not blaming the cashier but I find it unsettling that a retail store "price matches" itself. I always thought price matching was for competitors. They gotta do better. This is shameful.

Nice store, shame they have to lock so much up. Took roughly 7 minutes for an employee to actually come and open a locked cabinet for me. Aside from that, it's a great location.

This is the second time I placed a online order with this store, and the order said is still processing. It’s been more than 4hrs since I ordered and the first time it was 1item. The second time it was 6 items. I went to the store the first time and they said they had a lot of orders. So I told them I would get it myself and they can put it as complete and they said they can’t. They have to go in order of pickup. So I had to cancel the order and purchase it again because they said to come back in a couple hours. Don’t waste your time here, they won’t even pickup the phone when you call, they just disconnect the call. Just Go elsewhere

The suitcase bought got damaged with first usage. Traveled outside of US so can’t return the item.

I placed an order on Monday at 4pm for 2 formulas to pick up. Unfortunately my order was still not ready the following day in the evening. I never come to this target strictly because they take forever.
Sadly The 1 time I went to the order pick up section the employee at the register had an attitude. I will not be returning back here.

Pick-up orders at the Clifton store take more than half a day to get filled. This is much slower than any of the other stores in the area.

They need to make self checkout to be cash, or card! Not just a card!! I only come in with cash, and it's forcing me to go stand in some long a** line that I don't want to stand in!! 🤨 Fix this problem already!!

Everything is locked up and no one comes to unlock anything. Came here instead of ordering online to get something fast. Have been standing here for 20 minutes waiting.
I asked two people and no one would help, one didn't have the key. The other person said one minute walked away and never came back.
Edit: I waited 30 minutes before finding a manager to help me. No one ever responded to the call buttons.

Go to ANY OTHER target on earth! Everything is locked up and no one to help you. Press the button for help and wait FORVER. You have to run all over the store to find anyone to unlock a cabinet....it's INSANE. Short staffed!! ONE cashier on a Friday night at 8pm. If you can't staff your store properly, shut it down!! You are overworking these people!! I will NEVER set foot in this store again!

Target Clifton is the worst drive up ! I placed my order over 2 hours ago and it's still not ready. I hate when Kearny don't have my items available cause I have to use this target which by far is the worst. NEVER AGAIN MAN
