Potential package theft going on in this location, be careful when dropping off packages here.
As someone dropping off here for two years, I recently had two packages cut open and contents taken out in the span of two weeks. Something’s changed here but I’m not sure what it is, so I will be safer and have my packages sent from elsewhere.

Gage was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely attentive. He took the time to explain all of my options clearly and made sure I felt confident about my choices. What really stood out was how personable he was he asked how my day was and treated me like a friend rather than just another customer.
That level of care and customer service is rare and truly appreciated. Because of Gage, this UPS location has become my go-to spot. I sincerely hope he’s recognized for his professionalism and the exceptional service he provides. Thank you, Gage, for going above and beyond

I come here to return Amazon returns but my English not very good. One worker notice and he also speak Arabic and help me with everything. Very nice people and patient.

UPS is a terrible company. Even though UPS is a company, it did not pick up the packages. I have a disabled person's card. I had a hard time getting the packages down. I took them inside. Despite that, it did not pick up.

The UPS store on Piaget ave in clifton is the most convenient and fastest. Daniel is always the one I see there and he is amazing. He is very sweet and helpful. He is always looking out for his customers.

First time entering here and what a great UPS store, the associate at the front desk helped me out with some advice, I don't remember his name though, but he gave me advice that I had about a missing package and was able to retrieve it, thanks again for all your help...

I meant to do this a lot sooner!! My family leaves in North NJ, recently my brother and I needed to notarize some documents and we went to this UPS. If I lived in the area, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!! The owner of this store is absolutely fantastic. He made you feel as if you were his friend or neighbor that he was helping out. He didn’t charge us for the notary fee, and repackaged our items so well, he really went well and beyond! I apologize to the owner that it took me a while before I found the time to write this review!! If you live in the Clifton, NJ area, let this be the place where you make your copies, notary, and mail packages! You won’t be disappointed, you’ll feel like you found a friend!!
