Timothy K Brown is, and has ALWAYS been, a fantastic agent. Gets back to me quickly, answers any questions HONESTLY (I've had bad experiences in the past with other insurance agents being dishonest), and doesn't try to force me into anything I'm not interested in. Nothing wrong with asking, but some people go WAY too far after you've made it clear you aren't interested. I can't think of a single time Timothy has disappointed me or left me hanging, which happens CONSTANTLY with other companies these days (never call back, don't answer emails, etc). I wouldn't say I'm a hard customer to please, but many don't measure up anymore. I'm happy to say Tim DOES and then some!! I hate doing reviews but he deserved this one. thanks, Michael Burger

Everyone here is incredibly nice, friendly, knowledgeable and engaged. From before I was a customer, to now with them for a few years, I was so happy to choose someone I can call for advice on anything related.Absolutely would recommend them to anyone.

After an Allstate client for over 25 years. I will be leaving this office due to the lack of response and professionalism. It took over 2 days to get a phone call back with two voice mails and email. After I told Mr. Brown I will leaving his office as a client for the above reasons, the call ended with "Can we end this phone call now" and he hung up.

Great service and friendly. Very helpful with questions and patient enough to go over all options! Took good care of us with our 1st car accident in a long time (8-12yrs) and with Allstate forgiveness policy they waived our deductible!! ($100/yr for each accident free year!) So the accident cost us nothing to get repaired!!

I have been an Allstate customer for several years, as well as my mother. Combined, we have shared over 15 years worth of dedicated patronage to this company. In fact, she is the reason that I decided to open an account with Allstate for both car insurance as well as renter’s insurance.Upon recent events, my coverage was not renewed. I was never notified by an agent in regards to this matter. When I called Timothy Brown’s office, I spoke with Leticia, whom I’ve spoken with on occasion. She was usually helpful, however when I inquired about why I had not received my new insurance card, I was told that I would receive a call back once she investigated the matter further. It must be mentioned that I called his office in June to resolve the matter, while my policy was to be terminated during the beginning of August.I never received a call back from her or from anyone at the office of Timothy Brown.After several weeks of not hearing back from the office of Timothy Brown, I took it upon myself to reach out and discuss what the issue was that had taken place. I was told that my coverage was not going to be renewed, due to instances beyond my control. I was shocked, as I have been a most loyal customer and pay my bills on time with haste and consistency.Timothy Brown told me he would try and discuss this issue with his colleagues, in order to resolve the issue before my policy ended. I received an email stating that Tim’s office was “sorry that we were not successful in keeping your policy.”Are we really in good hands if we as customers are to be dismissed and treated so poorly, after having dedicated years of honest patronage to a company who shows little to no consideration to the people who matter the most? I am utterly appalled by such negligence, and I refuse to allow this case to go unnoticed.Please be aware of how unruly and unjust the staff at the office of Timothy Brown has been to a most loyal customer. Especially during such trying times as a global pandemic continues to put us as a society in harm’s way.Allstate, you should be ashamed of yourself.

It happened 5th time already. When they promise call back, but never called. They make own customers like that they don’t have time for them.
