  Not sure how the price continues to magically go up 3 times from the price they first tell you 70 for short regular square acrylic with a painted on French design from their “40” price on their price list. Not surprised because these people are always trying to scam.

  Sabrina does a bad job with pedicure. She’s just trying to get you out of the chair and then she gets annoyed when you point out things she’s doing wrong. I requested acrylic on both big toes and she couldn’t make them even or square. When she tried to file them to fix them, I asked if the excessive filing after gel polish would lift the gel and she brushed me off by saying that I can fix it another day. Barely worked on the bottom of my feet, when I complained, the woman in the front shrugged her shoulders like it wasn’t her problem. I got my nails done with Grace and she did a very good job.

  Some women who work there have no experience. I had a manicure and pedicure. They cut my toenails. They were poorly trimmed and they hurt when I wore shoes. Bad experience and they cut my cuticle too much and I bleed.

  I love this place and have been going for years and I always recommend them to everyone. However, lately they have been so bad with sticking to scheduled appointment times. Today was now my third time waiting over 25+ minutes, when I had an appointment! They do not even acknowledge it or let you know that you’ll have to be waiting. I really do love this place but my patience is running low with having to wait when I made an appointment.

  The nail service is great. Don’t bother making an appointment because they are never on time. I waited 45 minutes for an appointment I made two weeks prior and was confirmed through text. The front desk told me it’s not her problem if they are running late. Not good customer service.

  Communication from the Hostess and regard to completing my service, was disappointing and lackluster service. I've frequent this establishment a few times but today the service from the hostess and tech was disappointing. I came here with a friend for a regular pedicure and I was also anticipating a powder nail polish/ manicure. I got the pedicure. Please look at this pedicure. I would've did a better job. I was still optimistic about my manicure/ powder service. The conclusion is that the hostess started taking other clients walking in after me. At that point I politely told the hostes I was disregarded and I wanted to pay for the one service I got. I will NOT patronize establishments that don't prioritize their clients and act as if we have to put up with mediocre service and lack of customer service.

  Friendly staff, but looks like a 10 year old did my nails. Last few times, I have been disappointed, won’t be going back.
