Although at the end of the experience, the manager had apologized profusely and issued a refund, the experience itself was somewhat of a rollercoaster ride.I had called Saturday morning to order 2 deep dish pizzas for my husband’s birthday. Chicago deep dish pizzas are not that easy to find, so this was supposed to be special. I called ahead of time so that there wouldn’t be any hiccups, for pick up at 4 pm. I had explained to the young lady that answered the phone that I would be traveling from Jersey (where they are located near where I work) to NY (where I live). I explained that the pizzas were for my husbands birthday and asked what the best way to keep them fresh for the commute. Whether they had insulated bags they could sell or if there’s another suggestion. With an attitude, the young lady replied uhh we sell them in pizza boxes. I told her that I understood that, but what would be the best way to keep them fresh for commute. Her response was, “turn the heat in your car on”. I asked if she can please ask someone else. She put a manager on the phone. I had again calmly explained my situation and the manager kindly and enthusiastically suggested getting what’s called a “ready fresh pizza” which she explained meant they put the pizza together and they would give us instructions on how to cook it in the oven. I did mention what the young lady had suggested and she apologized. I then went to pick up the pizza at 4 and I didn’t see any instructions. I asked the ladies that handed me the pizza if they had the instructions because I was told it would come with instructions and I wouldn’t know how to cook it. Their response was, “just pop it in the oven. I’ve never sold that pizza before.” At this point I was a little frustrated with their customer service from the beginning. I again asked if they can ask someone else. Another lady came over and handed me instructions that were printed out. When I got home I then realized they weren’t even the pizzas I had ordered and they didn’t have sauce on it. I ordered one classic and one pepperoni, we were given one sausage and one with cheese. Although the box labels and receipt indicated what I actually ordered.I called a couple of days later to let management know. She was very apologetic and understanding. She did explain that the pizzas should have come with sauce in jars on the side to add, which they didn’t. And she explained that the instructions were printed on the box, which I didn’t know and it also wasn’t explained to me. She was very apologetic and offered a refund. Management had taken care of the situation well both times, but the staff needs a lot of training in what they’re selling and in customer service.I think I rather learn how to make my own deep dish than order from this establishment again.Edit: I added a couple of stars since the last manager I spoke with was kind and sounded as frustrated as I was about the situation. I finally got my refund after a few days of waiting. Kim, the manager made sure to take of my unfortunate once and for all. Thank you, Kim.

Great as usual. Sit down in a timely manner, waiters are always around, and helpful, and food comes out in a timely manner. Big sleeper restaurant in the area, the food is always good, the bar has a bunch of available options, etc. Satisfied here as usual.

Came here last night with my friends. Food was great. I especially loved their shrimp and grits appetizer. It looks like it's limited time but they should keep it on the menu. Their drinks seemed to lack alcohol in them. (Friends had the peach mule and I tried the Chipotle margarita)Unfortunately it felt like we were singled out and being rushed to leave even though it was still an hour before closing and other people were also still there.

UNO changed the menu a bit and is a lot better the server LUCAS he’s is amazing next time I will be looking for his table.

As good as we remember! They made us the classic Spinocolli pizza and we had the incomparable pizza skins, just like we did 35 years ago on our first date. We travelled to NJ from Long Island for the great service by Casey and the food was delicious! Worth the trip!Parking: Lots of free parking!
