Avoid this ups store 2608 at all costs! I dropped off my laptop with a UPS return label, and the store employee provided a tracking number. Three days later, my HR informed me that the laptop hadn't arrived in PA. Upon investigation, I discovered the store had mistakenly sent it to an Amazon warehouse in Kentucky. When I returned to the store, the female operator was extremely rude and refused to investigate or take corrective action. Lost packages seem to be a common risk here—stay away!

My favorite UPS location! I've had a pleasant experience with all the staff they are very kind and quick to assist. I visit this location a couple times a week due to having an Amazon business and I'm very happy with there support and kindness.

I went to the ups store to ship something back to a vendor. I bought the box with my debit card. I immediately returned the box because it was very big and way too
expensive. The box was with tax $18.12.
I was given my return receipt which I thought was going back to my card. After a few days of not seeing it show up as a credit back to me, I checked my return receipt. My receipt said, cash. The problem is, I never got the cash back. Unfortunately, how do you fight this?
It wasn't the young man's fault because the receipt tape ran out and another person came to reload the tape and finished the transaction. This is a cautionary tale. Just check your return receipt if using a credit or debit card because if you leave the store and it says you've received cash back, you're basically beat.

I always have a fantastic experience at this UPS Store! The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. Whether I’m dropping off packages, printing documents, or needing assistance with shipping options, they’re always ready to help with a smile.
The store is clean, well-organized, and equipped with everything I need for mailing and packaging. They even offer helpful advice on how to package fragile items to ensure they arrive safely.
I also appreciate their quick service—I’ve never had to wait long, even during busy times. It’s clear they prioritize customer satisfaction. This is hands down my go-to spot for all my shipping and printing needs. Highly recommend
