The hours list that on Sundays the store closes at 3:30. I arrived along with 2 other customers at 3:20 and the store was already closed. On a day like Sunday when people are trying to run around and do their errands, it’s absolutely ridiculous for a place like this to close early with no posted explanation. Also called and no one answered the phone. Horrible customer service.

Unfortunately they do not seem to provide the same level of service for Amazon returns as other locations. The associate groaned when we brought in 4 returns, and claimed that all had to be packed in one box (despite the fact Amazon return label indicated they would pack and ship all products).He said “sorry we don’t do that here, you would have to pay $5 for me to pack and label”.We drove 8 minutes to the Montclair UPS store where I was packed and shipped in 30 seconds with no issues and no additional cost.Definitely worth the extra 8 min drive to avoid the aggravation.

I don’t understand why this place is getting such poor reviews. Every single time I go there I get professional and friendly service—even when the line is out the door. Yes, the place is usually busy, but that’s not their fault. There are always at least three people working there and they are working! Whether it is shipping packages or getting something notarized, I feel like I get exceptional, personalized service every time.

Understandable why this ups store has such a bad rating. The guy (who I believe is the owner) is SO rude, inefficient and I'll obviously never go there again. If they're making money off of Amazon returns not sure why he's so put off every time I go there esp since the other stores are so friendly and helpful. Bu-bye

Horrible is an understatement..First and foremost I want to start by saying, never have I done a google review but if I can save someone time and money by writing this, I will.I went into the store (first time ever) and shipped out two brand new iPhone 15's. While both phones were going to the same exact location and to the same exact person for some odd reason it was processed as two separate orders which generated two separate tracking numbers.The ESTIMATED delivery date was for Thursday , 10/05. I understand that this is an estimate so I was not too stuck on that date. However, I would occasionally check the tracking information. When I realized that Friday, 10/06 there was still no activity and no information other than "label created" I called the store to see if they had any information. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told there was no supervisor until 3 p.m. I ended up stopping by the store as I wanted to explain the situation and when I get there (30 minutes after being told there was no supervisor) and I explain to the lady what the situation was and she directs me TO THE SUPERVISOR who just so happened to be the same person that told me there was no supervisor. The "supervisor" then tells me to come back in the afternoon as the person who assisted me when dropping off the phones was actually the afternoon supervisor but assures me prior to speaking to me this morning he had opened a formal investigation.My husband and I returned at around 4 p.m. once again requesting an explanation as to where the phones could be. While initially, I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt and said "Maybe the phones were left behind, can someone take a look" and constantly reassured the employee that I was NOT accusing her of stealing the phones it was not until I asked if someone could contact corporate due to the employee explaining that corporate was the only place that could have some answers and being told "no" that I asked to see footage. IF THE PHONES LEFT THE STORE WE WOULD SEE IT ON CAMERA well I was told no that I would have to come back with a police officer... fine, no problem.Note : I dropped off the phones at 11 a.m. in which the employee states the shipping labels were created right then and there in front of me but upon tracking the packages they say "labels created at 7:20 p.m." the employee then states that , that could be the time it made it to the hub (the UPS destination) which a UPS Customer Service Supervisor then explained would not be possible as that generates in real time and means thats when the actual receiver/sender information was input into the system - Red Flag #2THENNNN the owner of the store calls and instead of being a decent person tells me that I'm causing long lines in his store because I'm taking up his employees time ??? Sir we're talking about over $2,000 worth of items and your priority is the line thats forming at your store? The owner also then tells me that while they are not at the store they can assure me the phones left the facility in which makes 0 sense to me. HOW CAN YOU ASSURE ME SOMETHING LEFT THE STORE WHEN YOU JUST SAID YOU ARE NOT THERE! Then proceeds to tell me that he's taking time out of his day to assist me. uhmmm yes .. you're the owner that seems like the appropriate thing to do if you ask me. He wouldn't let me speak and was not an ounce of helpful.I can sit here and mention 5634564 other red flags but the main points are- Two separate tracking numbers meaning two separate orders/boxes and coincidentally both packages are missing.- According to the employee I wouldn't have been able to receive tracking numbers had they not created the shipping labels in front of me - tracking number says shipping label created at 7:20 p.m.- I was told if the phones don't show up I would not get money back because I didn't put their ridiculously expensive insurance.The only thing I really got out of this was if you don't put insurance on things it is very possible tha

This is one of the best UPS stores that I've experienced from going to other locations, the only issue is I wish they had an automatic door opener. The staff members are friendly, respectful and helpful.

I always use this store for my Amazon returns. they are always friendly and polite even though at times they can be busy. I see people say Amazon didn't show their return ....that is not the fault of the store as the owner explained. Always keep your receipt until you get your credit ,.. as long as you have it showing you brought it in to ship Amazon will credit you....
