Mike was incredibly honest and professional; right off the bat, he offered me an excellent payout without me even having to ask for a price first. It’s rare to find that kind of transparency. Highly recommend asking for Mike if you want a fair deal! Only place I’ll go in the future.”

Store doesn’t have parking for itself, so you’ll have to do street parking or pay for the lot around the corner.
Found brands in the men’s section such as Rhude, Barneys New York, Cos, Levi’s, North Face, Carhartt, Theory.
Fitting room situation was not ideal. I had to get an employee and wait like 5 minutes for to be let in. There’s a door marked “Employee’s Only” that leads to a room with curtains on 2 sides. It’s kinda janky, but it is a fitting room!”

“This was the first time today that I ever went into Maureen’s wonderful Gingerbread Consignment Store! From the time I entered, I was totally happy to be inside. I loved all of the items chosen for the store from the value, selection and quality. I was so honored to meet Maureen and totally blown away by her ability to connect with her customers and how at home she made me feel in her store, and how accommodating she also was! Her opinions of items I chose and her ability to pick items that would look great on me.. She pointed out the 50% items out for me(and there were so many)!! I also loved all of the items she chose for the store. They were all clean as the store was too. I spoke to quite a few of her lovely customers also and they were great. I live about 50 miles away but it was well worth the trip and I will surely be back!!! Highly recommend!!!!!”
“Love this place and the Staff too! I love to come here and browse like my mother used to do in the stores of Brooklyn, NY. You never know what new treasure(s) you'll stumble upon and walk out with. And believe me it's never a sudden impulse buy or a pressure purchase.
You will go home items that pull at your heart strings because they remind you of someone who was/is special in your life. I'm a man, so guess what caught my eye? Almost an exact duplicate double boiler my mom use to use when I was a kid. She would use it to reheat items in the top with boiling water on the bottom. That was our equivalent to microwaves today. The main thing I remember though was she would cook franks in the bottom and heat up the Campbell's pork and beans on the top. What a great meal that was!
The point is, go to Willing Hearts and find things current and things from years ago. Even if you don't buy something this time, it is fun to see all the things around the store. This store deserves 5 stars.”
“Unfortunately I found that this store mainly sells new items that feel like fast fashion. I would not categorize this as a vintage shop. Also shopkeeper was speaking with a customer when I entered, but didn’t acknowledge my presence or look at me the whole time I perused, which felt a bit awkward. It was a clean and pretty looking shop, and I’m sure there’s plenty here for others, but I was a bit confused.”

“The owner is an absolute sweetie and always has helpful insight on items and when they’re from! I bought a pair of prescription glasses from the 50s and within about 10 minutes of owning them, they broke! Because I’m a far distance from the store, she gave me a full refund through Paypal and didn’t even ask me to bring them back. The most charming place!!”
“This is a great little consignment shop. I wish I had found it a long time ago. I will definitely be back. I bought this one-of-a-kind Dolls Kill fur coat. It has double horns! They also have clothing for normal humans, so don't get scared. Prices are reasonable. Not cheap. Not expensive.”

“Hollywood Heros has two things going for it. 1) An amazing, incredible selection of toys, new and vintage. 2) The nicest owners possible. My 12 y.o. son is a huge Star Wars collector, and he discovered HH on Yelp about. year ago. We've gone maybe a dozen times now even though it's an hour round trip. We often find rare and impossible to get items here and if it's not on the shelves, it's probably in their basement, so just ask. We became friendly with Jordan and Val on our trips there, and Jordan has been especially gracious. He always has time to talk, answer questions, and be friendly. Even when we come to just window shop, we still have great talks. Recently my son was looking for an ARC-170 gunship, and Jordan and Val had just gotten one in that had missing parts, and they gave it to my son as a thank you for being a loyal customer. It made my son's month. The store is a block from the central shopping district, so when we go we get bagels or Korean chicken and make a day out of it, or go the few blocks to Trader Joes. I know a Trader Joes isn't a selling point for a store specifically, but as a parent of someone who loves shopping here it's nice to have a cute town that can be part of the experience.”

They use Entrupy to authentic their bags and include the paperwork with your purchase. They have a huge collection of designers bags, unique clothes and stunning jewelry! “Overwhelming in the best way! I was bowled over by the insane quantity of donated materials they had, and more importantly, how organized it all was!!!! This was not some bargain bin with stained crap thrown in- these were nice quality clothes, sorted very specifically and resold for a VERY reasonable price. My eco-conscious heart swooned. I even got a bunch of fabric, how cool is that!!! Loved it and can’t wait to come back to keep digging. The staff were friendly and patient too, very hands off but if you needed help they’d be happy to oblige.”

When I came back she was closed and about to leave but when she saw me she opened her store back up and my girlfriend and I both brought minks that evening. “This beauty supply store is a very beauty supply store. I have been a satisfied customer for 20+ years. Today I went in to pick up some hair for me and my daughter's braids, hair gel, beads for decorating my hair. There is so much to see and each isle is stocked. Lastly, the customer service and product knowledge is wonderful and the employees make shopping a pleasure. They are very helpful and polite. I can say that I can never go in and not take the time out to browse. They also always makes you feel like an appreciated customer. This is definitely a business that I will continue to support And I will continue to refer my family and friends to.”

Also, the loss of her sweetmother (reg customers know who I'm speaking of), & another very unexpected death in the family, all in the past year +/- have been hard for her. Dare I suggest you call 1st, just to verify her open hours. Just a thought. I'm just saying...?”
