Mailed 5 certified letters which cost 9 something each. Two for Clifton, 3 for Nutley. The Nutley ones got delivered in two days. The two for Clifton are lost. Same town where I mailed them. They tracked to Kearney and that was it. They have to send them to Kearney instead of across town? Stupid beyond belief.

I been coming here for years now. But my last experience here was horrible.i did not left the office but i did walk outside and came back in not even 5 minutes i did the line again and i told her can you please give my package back for i can add a number i forgot (my fault i should've verify the address again more than twice) and she didn't want to help me at all, i Understand she was alone but come on i wasn't gone not even 5 minutes how could you not help a customer out. Package said delivered but it wasn't deliver to the address now i lost 50 dollars in merchandise 💔.they need more workers

The people here at the front desk have the worst attitude. Absolutely atrocious customer service. Hardly anyone at the front desk can you walk in and there’s a line out the door most of the time.
Filing a complaint on the government website about this location, it is poorly managed

Your website says you open at 8 a.m., and it’s 8:30 and you’re still not open. You should update your hours so people don’t have to wait.

Dealt with the Most UNPROFESSIONAL experience ever at a post office.
There was one female worker who sat behind the desk and shamelessly had a personal phone call on speaker mode, with 15 people on line. I had to speak over her loud personal conversation she had via phone and she gave me the nastiest attitude I’ve ever dealt with in any place I’ve ever been. She couldn’t hear my question and started to threaten me to not ask another question.
Have your personal phone call after work, not during, and try to actually help your customers. This isn’t your own house or small business I’m entering. Not sure who’s even training these employees because it’s absolutely terrible.
I wasted 30 min of my time to deal with terrible customer service and me having to go back to another post office the next day since she couldn’t even help.

I recently visited the Clifton Post Office on Main Ave and had an unfortunate experience with one of the workers, Samantha. I found her customer service to be very poor and unprofessional. She was not only unhelpful but also seemed frustrated when I asked for assistance, which made the entire visit uncomfortable. Customer service is key, and unfortunately, it was lacking in this instance. I hope the management can address this issue, as the rest of the staff has typically been friendly and helpful.

There’s a lady there that’s been working 10+ years her customer service is a 0. Not sure how she’s even working with the public. She needs to be in the backend away for humans. On another note there is people that do care in that post office who have patience and are willing to help others. Her tone of voice is horrible!. She made me feel uncomfortable.

Big line and this teller decided to walk away, then she came back to just put lotion on her hands and told the next costumer wait until I called you and walked away… no sense of urgency and poor costumer service skills
