Horrible... had an appt for 330pm on 3/2/23 and they put up a sign saying closed for lunch till 4pm... it's already after 4pm and still no one opened the door for passport appts. Very unprofessional

The worst USPS ever!!! Went to get my 6 month olds passport done and had an appointment at 9:15am, we got there at 8:45am and no one even came out of the back room until 9:20am. The associate looked at all the customers and sighed and went to the back room. We waited another 15 minutes and no one came out. Wasted an hour of our time when we had an appointment. There are many other better places to go to get your passports done, don’t waste your time here. This place deserves 0 stars!

Not every postal office offers passport services, and this place happens to be one that does. We wouldn't be upset if this were our first time attempting to obtain passports for our children and we still couldn't get it done today. Additionally, we don't live in Clifton. We arrived early enough, about 5 minutes before 9 am, and there was already a line of people waiting to go inside, which seemed understandable. However, there was only one postal staff member handling a group of approximately 40 people. By the time our number was called, it would have been 2 hours since we entered with our two kids. This same staff member also handles passport photos, meaning she needs to leave her counter and move to the photo booth, leaving behind other applicants. Can't this place be more efficient? Is Clifton so poor that they can't hire an additional staff member on weekends? This place is not an immigration center, but it felt like one due to the poor management. It's a terrible US Postal Office, possibly the worst. Making people wait for hours without even a bathroom? Is this how US citizens are served on a daily basis? If this place doesn't serve its citizens properly, whoever manages it should be fired. It's time for social media to hold this place accountable.

Don’t waste your time going to this location if you can avoid it… no staff, they lack basic communication skills and won’t help you even with sending a certified mail. Place is a dump and so are the people.

Omg…….so disappointed. I went in today to renew my passport I called earlier to see if I need an appointment the guy on the phone said NO YOU CAN WALK in. As soon as I get there, there’s a line the lady behind the desk says to everyone you need an appointment. Mind you all over the building it says we take appointments we I’ll call appointments first and then people without appointments will be last fair enough. The lady denied everyone that walked in and it was 4:30 pm not even closing time. It takes 2 seconds to give someone an envelope and mail it out. I had all documents signed and ready to go. The lady was so NASTYYYYYY and said nope I’m not taking anyone good buy. Do not post false advertisement through out the building maybe you need to speak to management and hire more people and telling people your not taking walk ins because you don’t get paid over time. Honestly they need to be shut down there is another post office on main Ave.

They kept us waiting in line for 45 minutes then a lady finally comes out to us all and says all of you with packages you can go home.We don’t take packages here she says!!!!!!

Please don't ever go to this post office. The service here sucks, the staff is rude, unprofessional and not very helpful. It seems like no one wants to work. Everyone is just doing there own thing, staff come in at anytime, take walk Ins if they want. I came here multiple times just to renew my daughter's passport. I try to do it online but was directed to go to the post office due to her age. I was unaware that you needed an appointment because unfortunately the website only allows you to make appointments for new passport and I was renewing hers. I get to the post office not many people were there, the spanish lady at the deskdidn't even look up to answer questions. Had people waiting around for long periods of time. I eventually came back and had issues again luckily the black women helped me but the same spanish woman came in with her attitude and wanted to turn me away. after I was told to wait there someone will help me. I waited from 945a and was finally assisted by 12pm. There needs to be a better way of assisting people and giving good quality customer service than this. When I walk in I don't want someone yelling at me to have a seat like im a child without knowing why I am here. More staff need to be on for the weekend helping walk Ins and appointments due to people schedule. Seems like no one suffers any consequences at this place and get away with treating customers the way they do

Horrible service... I feel like this review is not working for them, because still they never change their attitude. They are threatening people like an enemy soldier. Cecelia is giving Horrible services. I got my appointed at 5:30 pm she call us at 7:00pm my appointed with pictures for my daughter Cecelia got angry why my daugter doesn't have pictures with her. She doesn't want to take a picture. She doesn't know how to talk with kids.

Do not come here for anything, but especially passport work. We have been here longer than an hour. The room is packed with people waiting and there is ONE not very fast moving employee servicing people in what feels like a backwards pace. This is terrible. Several people already left just due to frustration of waiting.

I do not recommend this place at all, they speak badly to you from the moment you enter the door, the man and woman who work there speak to you with an attitude and you cannot even ask a question. They make you wait too long whether you have appointments or not. I understand that those who appointment have privileges but you can't treat anyone differently or with that tone of voice. This place has very bad service, they should change the staff and put new staff who can at least help you.

Omg what experience if I could have given you a 0 I would. This man was extremely, extremely stressed. He yelled at me because I didn't fill sometning. wow maybe you need to hire more people this man is going to drop dead right there. What a shame people are paying and this is how they get treated. If I don't have to come never,never ever again. What a horrible experience!

They don't want to work in that place, the old man with white hair is a crazy man who doesn't even know what he's doing. They should take a drug test. It seems like he's on drugs.
