Just went there today to mail out my passport renewal. To clarify, I did not do my passport application there on site. I did everything at home but went here to mail it out. Samantha helped me out with all the packaging and shipping details tho. Reviewed my application, made sure everything looked good, confirmed all information and the time frame it would take to receive my new one. Very helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Great customer service from Samantha. Service with a smile.

This place is closed for lunch but there is no mention of this officially anywhere ( website or google). There handwritten sign saying "closed from 2PM till 3:15PM." If they are short staffed, something should be done. Closing the doors when the public expects them to be open is not acceptable.

Worst post office I’ve seen. The woman working there was rude to every person before me and even threw a box into the back. Literally threw the box. They should better vet their employees.

Although the internet was down, Salema and Capree were still very helpful and able to help me mail out my package! they were very patient with me as i had a large item to mail and had trouble finding the right box. thank you ladies!!

This location is a clown show. The staff is very arrogant unprofessional and the lunch that the staff takes is 80 minutes not 60. Lines are long and it appears the location is understaffed.

for some reason the office has not opened even their hours open at 9am on a regular day like today Jan 22. it is now 930am and still not open. there is no sign anywhere that says why they are still closed. people are lined up on a very cold day are now leaving.

Had an awful experience going here for the 1st time cuz of an employee that works here who is a Skinny black girl around 35 years old. I had just asked a general question and she embarrassed me in front of so many people by saying; Sometimes You have to use your brain. This happened Saturday around 1:15 on 9-2-23. Will definitely not ever be going back there cuz of that one nasty girl working there. No respect for customers whatsoever she has. I don't know what manager hired her in the first place. No wonder the reviews for this place are so awful. And Ps: it's close to a 20ish min wait on Saturdays, every Saturday that is!
