Tree fell took down phone lines only. I don't have Verizon anymore had been for 25 years. No way of getting them to tell them they need to come for down line. I have no phone no. They asked me the first month we got Verizon over 25 years ago. Called your store asked can they get me a # I can call. Worthless gang
