If I wasn’t sent to this store by the customer service representative I would have never came awful just awful me and my sister was verbally abused and attacked by the store agent simply because we didn’t want to purchase an phone he Ali the absolutely rude store rep suggested will definitely seek legal action against the entire staff and company for what was done to us in this store. I’m lost for words at this point.

This is the worst store i came in yesterday with my brother so he can get new service he got a approved for a certain limit the very rude rep Ali suggested him to get a I phone but my brother wanted to get a different type of phone so he can get 2 lines the rep started to say he shouldn’t get the phone because it’s cheap we then told him it doesn’t matter the phone he just needed the service and did not want the iPhone the rep began saying very loudly the phone is cheap it’s cheap that’s when I had to intervene and tell him he was being rude he still continued to yell the phone is cheap while other customers shook their head with how he was acting when we got upset the other reps was talking to us as if we were the problem instead of talking to their employee it was so embarrassing being talked to like this this place lacks customer service skills and I will not stop until something is done because this was disgusting to have a worker embarrass someone because they did not get the phone they wanted him to get

I went to the store to get a new iPad. I’m not sure if it was the manager or whoever, but he And my sales person kept going back and forth while I’m sitting there trying to be helped. I could hear them even when she went to the back to check on something for me. Then I asked for the pink AirPods Max and a guy went to the back and threw blue ones on the table. First off you don’t throw things at customers, secondly I asked for pink. When I said I want the pink ones the reply was oh well that’s all we have. But that’s not what I asked for.This was so unprofessional and distracting for the person trying to service me. Because of the distraction, I wasn’t offered to have the iPad shipped to the store. Now it’s delayed because they keep trying to deliver it while I am working. Like she could’ve offered me to pick up in store but never did. Then I asked for it to be traded in and she said it’s better to basically sell it back to Verizon, but I was confused and it wasn’t fully explained because they kept going back and forth.If there is a customer being serviced I don’t think the manager or anyone should be arguing with the employee helping. Find me another person and the. Talk to them. I’m so frustrated. I have a trip and they are telling I have to wait for the iPad to be shipped back to the warehouse, the. Wait 7 days for a refund and I have to go back to the store to get it ordered. I’m so disgusted.

I went to buy the latest Galaxy S24 Ultra but they have it secured to the wall and we can't hold it to feel its weight. I can't even see its rear cameras or what it looks like from behind, it's absurd to promote a phone that you can't touch.

This location needs serious training.We ordered a replacement phone and were instructed to pick up in store. The rep explained the store would properly set up the new phone.Ali met us at the door and literally did everything NOT to help us.He was lazy, uninterested in assisting, walked away leaving us to figure out what to do. He basically told us to leave.We felt profiled.We were helped by a great 611 remote customer service person named Eric. (Who we called while in store).We confirmed that Ali COULD have taken care of us but chose not to.We shared with the manager (who also became aware of the situation) frankly, if Ali worked for me, yesterday was his last day.

the worst customer service I have ever received, the representatives show their dissatisfied faces and how bored they are when answering the questions we asked as new customers, to the point of making bad gestures at us, the truth is that my wife and I left embarrassed that place. I recommend not buying your equipment in that place.

DO NOT GO, READ THIS BEFORE STEPPING FOOT INTO STORE !!! I was recently reviewing my family members new IPhone and discovered that not only the most recent iphone they had turned in was still associated to their account, but ALL OF THE DEVICES FROM THE PAST 4 YEARS, were never wiped by the reps and were still logged into and tracking ALL OF OUR ICLOUD ACTIVITIES !!! If you value your privacy, do I need to say more ... beware, the reps do not care not about your privacy ... do not go!!

High Prices, Low "Services"! I have a $340-something, monthly, bungled bundle plan with Verizon. It's "bungled" as Verizon fails to quickly resolve any problem/problems, with the Verizon landline home phone, internet, and/or television services in my home! Right now, a Verizon Fios box for my main television isn't working - YET AGAIN! A rude, inept, Verizon technician put in a supposedly new Fios box a few months ago, only for Verizon to now claim I need another, new box! So, the Verizon robot scheduled another, Verizon tech for today between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m., only for that tech not to show up! No problem, right? Just call Verizon "customer service" at 1-800-VERIZON? Wrong! Verizon wastes hours of my precious time, as I try to get Verizon to REALLY correct their service problems. Agents tell me: "try this;" "try that;" since they don't want to send any qualified technician to fix their flawed "services!" I PAY fees for techs to come to me, and I pay time, as customer service workers fail to connect me to competent managers! I get so sick of holding on for live workers and managers, I must switch to another provider/providers. But to whom? Equally large, impersonalized, AT&T, which also fails to provide me with great customer service, as I keep paying for my longtime, cell phones and services? Perhaps it's just me. But shouldn't customers be able to quickly speak with knowledgeable, helpful workers who actually resolve problems with services? We customers deserve more than robots, as we spend hundreds of dollars monthly, for internet, home/cell phones, and/or television services!

I purchased 3 iPhones on October 16 and purchased 3 cases for each iPhone I had it for a week and seen the bill the week after and there where hidden fees that I was not informed about and felt like I got ripped off I paid almost 2000 dollars in cash. I went to return the everything I purchased and when I went in they asked me for the receipt I was emailed the receipt for the phones but never received a receipt for the cases. I spoke with the manager and he said there was no receipt for the purchase and I told him that this is where I had bought it and he basically made a receipt for it and submitted to Verizon so that I can receive a check in the mail mind you I paid cash so that was an inconvenience to me. 10 days later I received a check for the iPhones I purchased but didn’t receive my money back for the cases which added up to 181. I went to the store 7 times since October 24 to December 5 and spoke to Verizon multiple times on the phone for my refund. I was givin the run around for a couple months I eventually had to get in contact with the district manager and he had to contact the store for me to get my money back. I eventually uncovered the sad truth that the employee who sold me the the phones and accessories not only new that there was a deal on the accessories when I purchased 3 but took the money and changed me full price and that was why there was no receipt to begin with. Corporate needs to take a closer look at this store there robbing there customer through accessories. Please be aware when you shop there I’m exposing this location. I did receive my refund after nearly two months and my own diligence to find out about the atrocity this store had put me through. Serval hours of my time and over several hours of travel back and forth to this location. I didn’t even get an apology Verizon needs to better.

Business rep Is terrible and offers no service. Discriminated against me thought I wasn't really the business owner of my business. And sent me on a wild goose chase. To just ignore me for over 3 hours. The worst service I've seen anywhere. Things the 2nd 1 star I've given. Andnboth were to the business rep for both verizon stores.

To begin with, the management in this Verizon is the worst I have ever experienced in my life. Not only are the employees rude and unprofessional, but they lack regular service skills. If 0 stars was an option I would have selected that as an accurate representation of my experience in the store. Verizon is supposed to be a service store for all types of people, but the management there were disgusting and least of all helpful towards my father who barely speaks English. To the employees Otto and Joe, I hope you never get another job again because you lack basic skills that a five year old could master. Not only should they never see the inside of a Verizon, but any retail store across the entire East coast. They absolutely suck as people and as salesman or supervisors or whatever they want to call themselves. I am never going to return to that. Verizon should take a look at how they train and manage their businesses especially in regards to hiring personnel. After spending over 10 years with Verizon, we are planning to change our plans to a new service because of this humiliating and disgusting experience. Never go there.
