Great store in general but the pharmacy takes a very long time to fill scripts. They need to move it a bit faster. 25-30 minute wait is unacceptable for 30 tabs of anything, specially when you’re in the system.

Very rude pharmacist!!!I came on Monday around 7:00 pm.I took an appointment for vaccine and I fill the form online. When I came for my appointment they asked me to wait. I waited 30 minutes and then when I asked them the pharmacist she told me she is busy and I have to wait more or go if I don’t want to wait more !!!!!So what the point of getting appointment and filing online form if I have to wait more than 30 minutes??????????

This Walgreens in the heart of the Athenia section of Clifton, has all the standard components of a prototypical Walgreens, I found what I needed in the category of antihistamines very quickly, and for once, my Walgreens redemption points for discount actually worked on the first try. The staff was also quite pleasant and informative. I actually departed with a few more items than I originally came in for.

I have been a frequent patron. So, I'd prefer to visit a little neighborhood pharmacy. For almost a day, they were unable to notice the medication that my doctor's office had sent. When I contacted, they advised me to call my doctor. I apologize, but how did you find it the following day?

Several times I have been to the pharmacy to pick up prescription after the call me. And then they tell me it's nott ready. They are always telling me that it's not ready. When they called me. They need to get there act together. I had to wait 30 minutes for it to be filled again. Ridiculous.

I went to Walgreens at around 9:20 am to take passport photo and was advised that nobody can help me until 1pm.What kind of service is that?.Very disappointed

How I wish I can put like zero start in this review .. Very Poor customer service, especially in the pharmacy!!! and uneducated people that handle this must retrain employees.

I had a confirmed appointment for a flu vaccine at 1:45 pm today at their location in Van Houten Ave, Clifton, NJ. I came in at 1:25 and the person at the counter said the one in charge of giving vaccinations is on lunch break. I showed her my email confirmation but she said the person will be back and told me to return at 2:05. She added that the person always takes her lunch break at that time and that no one else can administer the vaccine. No explanation, no apologies. How can these people be so incompetent and insensitive that they think they could just waste other people's time?

I was very disappointed with the pharmacy.my mother is a pt with Alzheimer's. She have a nervous to ask why mother take a lot Xanax I'm not a doctor and he know why change med. I'm a calling because she forgot thin a call the pharmacy.if any change I want to know tech as is unprofessional and she unhelpful.if can talk to supervisor I will.

I’ve been coming to this Walgreens regularly, everything is always neat and easy to find. Disappointingly today, I stopped by before they closed and saw a manager being rude at an employee for helping another customer out. It’s very disappointing as a customer to see that. Employees shouldn’t be treated that way especially infront of paying customers.

This pharmacy is consistently understaffed.Absolutely the norm to wait on hold for over 10 minutes and then be hung up on ….While their hours are more convenient than other local pharmacies, the customer service is rotten.I am on my way to Van Houten pharmacy down the block instead

Came for 2 hour rapid test for my international flight. Took over 4 hours. Worst part was the lab report shows the employee did not enter the sample for 3.5 hours after the sample swab was taken. In turn, this delay combined w/ the international travel approvals that aren't automated but want as close to travel date as possible costed me thousands of dollars in non-refundable air fare & hotel reservations & ultimately had to miss the entire trip. 4 hours for a 2 hr rapid test?! False advertising & completely incompetent. Side note this store is desolate & not a high volume store so they cannot even use that as an excuse.

Excellent customer service. A new cashier accidentally scanned an item twice, and I did not catch it. I left a message when I rec'd my receipt via email and the manager of the store called me directly and fixed the error and gave me some bonus rewards points, to make up for the inconvenience. I will continue to give them my business because of this great response.
