Hard to estimate how much time we've wasted, repeatedly going to pick up a prescription these fools said would be ready, and they hadn't started on it yet. Find a place where they care about you and are competent enough to follow through on it.

I’ve been waiting a week for my medication to be “restocked.” I called and managed to speak to someone. After some wait time and run around on the phone they told me I would be able to pick it up the following day. I made sure to verify that they had the medication. I get there and they tell me it’s out of stock. I refused to take that as answer and waited for half an hour. And then POOF magically they have it in stock. I don’t understand why they would blatantly lie. It made me wonder whether they lied initially and I was off my medication for a week because of that

Walked in on 4/25/23 around 6:30pm to pick up medications right after my urgent care visit. The medication was prepared while I was shopping in the store. I clipped coupons while I was in store and took advantage of their sales. As I was checking out, I noticed some of my coupons did not reflect in my total. The 2 ladies in the pharmacy were super helpful in getting my clipped coupons to work. The 3 ladies in total that were in the pharmacy were all very professional. I recommend this pharmacy.

I ordered something online a few weeks ago and got to the store to pick up after receiving a confirmation. I was informed that they didn’t have the item and therefore they canceled the order. The item was on the shelf. They wouldn’t match my online promotions. I left. Today I went there to drop off a FedEx package to FedEx is not working… I was told to go to FedEx location. Guys get it together this is terrible.

I’m not shocked to see so many negative reviews. I went to pick up pictures I had ordered online, and their website allowed me to select drive thru pick up. When I drove up, before I even opened my mouth the lady at the window said “you’re here for pictures? Go inside” I then tried showing her my phone screen and she closed the window in my face AS I WAS TRYING TO SPEAK. The last chance I gave them was when I ordered an ornament with my baby’s pictures. I received the email that it was ready to pick up so this time I obviously chose to go inside and to my surprise THEY COULDN’T FIND IT. As you can imagine, this was extremely upsetting because this ornament with my newborn baby’s picture is now God knows where or in the possession of God knows who! I contacted customer service and nothing was resolved.

Photo department closes at it's discretion. I was told by the nasty cashier that an email is automatically sent 5 hours after you place an online photo order whether or not the photos are actually done. I left there feeling like the employees were overwhelmed and could really care less for the customers even dressed as Christmas elves! I will use the other Walgreens on Van Houten ave rather than return to this store. Only giving 2 stars because my photos were actually done.

I don’t know how this is a business! The pharmacy staff at this location are the most disrespectful, plain rude, careless individuals I have ever dealt with! Every experience I had at this Walgreens Pharmacy location has been insulting and infuriating! They operate with the approach that they are in charge and you just have to deal with it- no empathy, no professionalism or any desire to do what they are required to do : assist their customers! Sad that Walgreens has this type of individuals representing their business! I will only shop at CVS!

I’ve never once written a “customer complaint” note like this in my life, but this situation was shocking.My Dr. sent my prescription to this pharmacy on Thursday at 8:30am, and it is now Saturday. When I called this morning to ask about the status of my prescription ahead of traveling, the woman I spoke to said I would “just have to wait until I receive a text message” with no day or time estimate. I asked if they could fill it within the next few hours since I have waited days and can’t be off of it for extended periods of time…and she hung up on me! I tried calling back and she kept hanging up on me. I also had a important question for the pharmacist about my medication, but she keeps hanging up without even answering the phone. So now I can’t get through to the pharmacy I trust with my prescriptions. I understand the pharmacy is being stretched beyond its capacity these days, but being blatantly rude and unprofessional to customers who are trying to get important medications they have been waiting DAYS for, and continuing to hang up on them, is absolutely awful customer service and completely unacceptable. Someone simply trying to get medicine from a pharmacy should not be treated like dirt. Rudy, the pharmacist, is super nice and on top of things, but the folks who work for him make Walgreens a bad place to get your prescription filled.

besides waiting damn near thirty minutes for a rep to answer the phone i was not given the needed information to fax a script to the pharmacist that was requested by our patient the guy was very nasty on the phone and did not provide the information that was requested to expedite the patients medication prescription
