I expected a poor level of customer service and that is exactly what I received. Had a 9:45am appointment for vaccination, arrived to a chaotic scene of half a dozen people waiting for same.

I have been a frequent patron. So, I'd prefer to visit a little neighborhood pharmacy. For almost a day, they were unable to notice the medication that my doctor's office had sent. When I contacted, they advised me to call my doctor. I apologize, but how did you find it the following day?

I had a confirmed appointment for a flu vaccine at 1:45 pm today at their location in Van Houten Ave, Clifton, NJ. I came in at 1:25 and the person at the counter said the one in charge of giving vaccinations is on lunch break. I showed her my email confirmation but she said the person will be back and told me to return at 2:05. She added that the person always takes her lunch break at that time and that no one else can administer the vaccine. No explanation, no apologies. How can these people be so incompetent and insensitive that they think they could just waste other people's time?

Came for 2 hour rapid test for my international flight. Took over 4 hours. Worst part was the lab report shows the employee did not enter the sample for 3.5 hours after the sample swab was taken. In turn, this delay combined w/ the international travel approvals that aren't automated but want as close to travel date as possible costed me thousands of dollars in non-refundable air fare & hotel reservations & ultimately had to miss the entire trip. 4 hours for a 2 hr rapid test?! False advertising & completely incompetent. Side note this store is desolate & not a high volume store so they cannot even use that as an excuse.

This Walgreens has a great selection of seasonal, cosmetics, self care, and a big pharmacy with a huge selection of medicines. Good customer service and also has been remodeled not that long ago. Love coming here not only because it's nearby but I could usually find what I'm looking for and I love Walgreens reward program as well. It's free and quick to sign up and getting points is pretty easy and you could save a lot. I've had up to 20 dollars in points at one time! Not sure why the low reviews but I've been coming here for 10+ years and haven't had an issue. Great store 10/10

Good morning .today im a complete about matt.hehave rhe nervous to call the docto office to tell a abuse the med i think is ipa.when a call is for when a have to travelnot to often for the pandemic.i jave all my tickets when a have to travel.but i take my investigacion because ots not teason call the doctorwhen you lnow.ifyou dont about that ik ow matt im sorry but please dont summy and do your.if you know the rule please go to school again .and do your job good dont pretent you no everything .this battle me Its not fiinish yet.use to make sense. Just called and was directed to the store after nthe automated. Only was refilling 4 scripts. I was sent to matthew B who proceeded to be quite rude to me. he spoke over me, didnt seem to care to listen to my request. After a few minutes he said' if you would let me speak" only while i was making a request to sink my dates so they would all be filled togetehr. he also proceeded to negativly talk about the automated system and said it is betetr to use the web: well, some prefer the autopmated, and why does it even exist if it is not going to work. His tone was oevr bearing, and he was more cpnerned about what he was over talking about then actually listening to the customers needs. That is key here: customers needs. i was calm and direct and spoke only about what I needed and was requesting. He was dismissive, as if i was an idiot. This is unacceptable. I hung up and proceeded to call my old Walgreens, which is not convenient BUT I will go back there and go out of my way due to this unfortunuate experience. Joseph Schreck

It concerns when stores like big lots is protecting its associates by giving them gloves l, masks, and even put a plastic glass between them and the customer because of the close interaction. When i went into walgreens the customers are right up on the cashier. Shame on you Walgreens. Shows how your employees don't matter.

I can't talk for Walgreens in general but I can say a lot for this crazy store. I went for 2 years in this location for my medications. The staff here is very unprofessional and they don't even know how to do their job. If you go there they always going to say that you have issues with your insurance and they have to call. Every month the same thing. I don't know what they want to say with insurance issues but las week I was talking with my doctor that I always have problems when I go there, he said change the pharmacy because they don't know how to do their job. I changed the pharmacy and I never had any problem with them. I used to like walgreens but now I hate them. Even though I'm sick I had to get stressed every month from them. Horrible! I don't recommend this to anyone!

I'm a long time customer for the Van Houten Ave in Clifton. but i'm thinking to move to another pharmacy first they didn't have the medicine did not call I had to call them second took another prescription they did not could read the prescription again did not call me after two days I called them they told me have to call my doctor because they could not read the prescription they are getting worst thinking CVS

I was born and raised in Clifton. I return yearly to visit family. On a few occasions, I have had to stop at this Walgreens for a few items for my mother. The employee I enjoy interacting with the most is Ruth. She is such a pleasant person. Ruth sets the standard for superb customer service. I wanted to recognize her and thank her for her friendly smile.

Went here last night to buy some medication, I was very sick. I was browsing, looking sick as a dog & suddenly the manager passed by & I heard a CODE 99. I know it means theft so I was shocked on how they JUDGE ME! All the employees kept looking at me, and I just walked out and went to CVS. Now my family switched over to CVS and are way more happier and disappointed on how they judge of stealing.
