There’s only 1 teller to for 15 customers. No one seems to care how long the line is. It’s always a long wait line and the employees don’t seem to care or acknowledge the line being long

I wish they had the option to enter 0 stars. I'm so disappointed. I have been a long term customer for so long. However, I am surprised at the level of disrespect and poor customer service. About a week ago, I was dealing with Ashley R (Displayed on the receipt) and I had a few transactions that day in which a couple were done incorrectly. She was on her phone and had headphones on! When I was explaining what I needed to get done, I noticed she was having her own personal conversation on her cellphone, which resulted in me bouncing of checks. Luckily, I caught this in time, when I made it home. I didn't even get a thank you and she barely even made eye contact. Her personal phone conversation was apparently more important than our interaction. I'm never going to this bank again.

Hey I was just trying to exchange my work check today and like it say the hours on Saturday are 9:00am-2:00 and it's 12:35 now and I just isn't understand why there were close I was highly upset about this and the guy who was there just looked at me like I had enough im closing which is not cool you know I have the picture of the hours for Saturday I just feel like it not fair to the costumers like there a few people here when I arrive outside seem like they had to leave as well so I feel that some one should have a talk with the management of this location if not hiring new ones Thanks Fargo hope this is fix soon because. Highly irritated thanks

Went in to get a notary letter done like I away do Banker refuse to do it because of 2 other names being on the letter. I told him that we are agent for Enterprise the other two names is owner and a other employee never had an issue before went to TD Bank had no problems they need to school their Banker more on notary letters...????

The wait to speak to a banker was longer than 1:30min. Came in at around 9:45 only one guy actually doing work.

This is by far the worst Wells Fargo branch I been to. I had a appointment with a banker for a business account. I was running late and nobody answered the phone. when I got to the branch they told me there is only a 10min wait limit to hold my spot to see a banker and that I would need to reschedule for next Thursday. I won't be coming back to this branch because clearly they don't work with their customers.On top of all that the manager had a real bossy attitude till the moment he heard I'm there for a business account. I understand I look young but I shouldn't be treated with attitude to begin with.

Horribly slow service. Was planning to transfer an account to this bank, but after waiting over 30 minutes, we took our business elsewhere. The place was packed, but the employees showed zero sense of urgency, disappearing from their desks, checking emails...
