This bank has very helpful staff. Unfortunately I arrived at 3:47 PM and the doors were locked. I wonder why the sign says 4 PM? Talk about bankers hours

Went to Elmwood park branch with a ripped check. Teller was rude and told me I have to get a new check. Came to Clifton branch, they were busy but the teller spoke to the manager and deposited the check.

I wish I knew the woman I spoke with on the phone. Long story short. I couldn’t cash a check because my husbands name was on it and we didn’t have a joint account. The women I spoke with was SO helpful, she answered all my questions and went out of her way to figure out something that would help me. They are truly amazing over at that branch.

Surprised at all the negative reviews for this BofA location. Arranged to sign a set of HELOC documents here after going through the online process. We arrived early, but were greeted and directed to take a seat. At the predetermined appointment time, Roxanne(?) greeted us and led her back to her office for the signing. She was very friendly, yet professional throughout the process even giving us dining recommendations in our neighborhood. To me, this is the kind of small town feeling of service that you rarely find anymore-especially during something as mundane as a loan signing. I would highly recommend this branch if you're looking for great service.

This branch was very clean and organized. I was greeted as I walked through the door. Roxanne was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I was there in and out no problems.

Tried calling to speak to an associate at this location and the phone rang then it went silent and got disconnected. Very poor customer service.

This is my first time writing a review but i had to get out how unbelievably rude and unhelpful Roxanne was, and not just once every time we had the displeasure of speaking to her it ruined our day. HR should be looking into this individual. As far as bank of america goes, do yourself a favor and transfer to TD bank. Way more professional and doesn't make you jump through hoops to get anything done. ps- TD has a drive through

Last night I opened a savings acct. on line. I already have a credit card with BOA. I was 'approved" and "invited" to download the app. Did so. Signed up for Zelle, began a transfer to my new savings acct. Taking a pic of checks to deposit wasn't working so decided to go to the branch in Clinton today. The teller tried but said she could not make the deposit and I needed to see 1 of 2 people and a gentleman walked me over to one of the women. He explained what occurred and she tried to make the deposit. She then went to a woman in an office who wrote a phone # on a post-it. This was then handed to me and I was told they could not make the deposit and the account was "closed." I was told to call the phone #. I asked "What happened? The computer says it's open." The reply was 'I don't know. Call this number." And then she turned on her heels and walked away. Flabbergasted I made the call and waited on hold 45 min. I was told I needed to return to the bank, tell them to call BOA and they would explain that I should show them 2 forms of ID and then the account could be re-opened. She said they should call the phone number on the post-it I was given. Unbelievable. No where- still- does it say my account is closed. No where does it say I need to show more ID. I can understand if this is for my protection, etc. but SAY SO SOMEWHERE! And is this BOA customer service? Turning away a new client with a deposit. Really poor service. And yes, I will make sure the account is closed and go elsewhere. And I tried to give it zero starts but I can't.

My mom got treated very rudely by the teller. It’s a shame that the other work the greeter does gets put to waste by such a bad experience at the counter

Worst bank to ever go in. There is only 1 teller at a time. The line will be several people long and nobody jumps on to help. They do not need a door greeter!

Lisa at this branch has been so helpful with me and my banking. It is a pleasure doing business with her.

This is the worst branch of any bank I have ever been to. They don't have a drive-thru window, just ATMs, one teller on hand at any time and they're also responsible for letting people into the safety deposit boxes which takes several minutes each time. They just rudely and condescendingly push people toward the ATMs at all times and don't even have deposit slips anymore. Given how often the chips on these new cards fail and how often my card does not work, going to the ATM for all banking matters is not practical. This branch does not care about their customers at all.
