My car stopped working about 13 miles away and we had it towed to Clinton Acura. It was at night so I called and left a message to give them a heads up it would be there in the AM. First thing in the AM, Rick calls me to talk about what happened and kept me informed all day (and was very patient with every call) about what possibly is going on. I was able to leave that day with the car with assurance everything was looked at thoroughly. Everyone I spoke with there was so kind and patient. Another thing I noticed when I got there was how cozy it was and the snacks! So many options which I think is so nice for customers waiting. Thank you to the Clinton Acura staff for making my life easier! Especially Rick!

Clinton Acura is the place to buy your vehicle. The sales staff are very knowledgeable and straightforward. Keith is awesome. We've purchased three vehicles from them over the past 30 years and have always used the service department there as well. However, things have changed in the service department and it is not what it used to be at all!! The one star rating is strictly for service. We are in the market for a new Acura. Too bad we are not comfortable getting service there.

I have to say that my experience at Clinton Acura was exceptional. Since I walked in everyone was so welcoming and making sure I was having a good experience. My sales rep Tom Harding was incredibly helpful and the main thing he was focused about was that I get what I wanted. He repeatedly asked me if that’s what I want it just to make sure that I get what I was looking for. Thank you Tom for the great service and make sure that at the end I was going home with car that I was looking for. Also thanks to Efrain and Tim for getting me the best price and warranty after visiting other 2 dealers before ending up in the best Clinton Acura! I will definitely recommend anyone looking for a brand new Acura or pre owned car to consider Clinton Acura for your next purchase. Trust me you won’t regret it!
