Fourchette is a wonderful shop, with cheese and other goodies hard to find anywhere else. Not only that, but the shop also sells interesting-looking tableware, napkins, etc. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the times I’ve been there, the owner has as well.

I love Fourchette….I especially love their vinegars!!!!! The cheeses are to die for. But I was sorry to see them leave the Red Bank area
