I have 5 to complain about. The pharmacist is always informative about pick-up dates, and if it isn't ready as promised, you are out next. We may have our disagreements but never have any discussion ended with me leaving unhappy. Give them a shot. Smal l pahrmacies are leaving, and Cvs, Walgreens, etc, destroy you price wise.

I love this local pharmacy Dinesh is amazing and always makes sure I get all my meds on time. Never have had an issue like I have in other bigger pharmacies.

I would put zero starts if I could. I just called to ask the pharmacist if there was a cough syrup that I could take if I have asthma. He would not help me because I wasn't a customer! Outrageous. I am completely shocked. I have never had this happen. I was in the area and I wanted to stop and pick something up from HIS store. He told me to call the pharmacy where I get my prescriptions filled. I called Costco pharmacy for help. Never did they ask me if I was a customer, they just told me what was safe to take! Terrible customer service from your "neighborhood local pharmacy"! I am disgusted and would not recommend ever going there. Totally unprofessional and an embarrassment to every pharmacist that knows how to show compassion for people!!!

I wasn't able to pick up a prescription before they closed for a holiday, so they opened up on the holiday for me which went well above and beyond any of my expectations. Great customer care and always answer my questions well. Amazing pharmacy!

By far the best pharmacy I ever encountered with ! The staff and owner are beyond helpful and welcoming. They all go above and beyond. Dennis is extremely intelligent and I always feel safe with his recommendations and guidance! It feels like family walking in there !

What a professional and caring owner-pharmacist Mr. Dinesh Patel, R. Ph. is. Today on Christmas morning Dinesh took an "emergency call" and went to his pharmacy in Clinton Township New Jersey to prepare a prescription for a family member in need.When other pharmacies didn't have the medication that was in need, Mr Patel was able to ascertain the medicine and provide the prescription.Gray Rock pharmacy offers free delivery too if you can't get there. No better pharmacy in our area!

This pharmacy will say they take your insurance then send your test to an out of network lab, who will charge you for the test. The lab is called Avantic Medical Lab and their tactics are very questionable and bordering on harassment. So please use caution when deciding to get any testing done at this pharmacy.

Don't do PCR testing there for Covid because you will never get your results.They tested me 9 days ago and still no results. Thankfully I went to another lab.

Good place to go if you need COVID testing, but rough for anything else right now. It's good they offer walk-Ins but no real separation between healthy people looking for vaccines and obviously ill people. They were clearly overwhelmed, but could have set it up to make it (have a stack of paperwork outside and collect it outside.

Staff were nice. They offer Covid testing on site. The reason for the three star rating is that they have a sign on the door that says something like "If you are here for Covid testing, please wear a mask." No pharmacy/doctors office, etc. should have possible Covid patients coming inside for tests. They should be instructed to wait outside and the test should be conducted outside in the open air. When I walked in, there were 6 other people not including my daughter and I in the tiny shop. There was barely any room to spread out from the others waiting. There was a child sitting inside with her parents and she looked pale as a ghost (she eventually received a Covid test). I was very uncomfortable being inside the store with these circumstances. Will not be returning out of concern for my health.
