Came in for a haircut and left very disappointed. The stylist in the first seat on the left told me she doesn’t do beard trims, which I let go, but then had the audacity to question me for not tipping—actually saying “so you don’t tip.” That was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked for her name so I could include it in this review, she walked away instead of answering, yet still felt entitled to question why I wouldn’t tip. On top of that, the haircut itself was nothing like what I asked for. I specifically requested a fade on the sides, but ended up with a #4 all the way around. Overall, a very poor experience—I would avoid that chair if I were you.
Edit: After reading other reviews, I saw that her name is Laurie.

New girl butchers my hair that’s fine. It happens. I heard the words “I won’t charge you for this cut” come out of her mouth. So it ends, I walk out (not being told I still had to pay) and get a call after I buy some beanies in a futile attempt to preserve my looks. Still need to pay. I come back in, card in hand, apologetic, and still very polite despite the fact that I’m gonna have to be wearing a beanie for the next two month, saggy eyed manager, who seemed rude from the start, has the audacity to be hostile with me after I simply said sorry for the misunderstanding. Feel bad for the new girl having to work for people like that

I have had my hair cut there at least 5 times with 3 different stylists. They all did a great job with the cut. Two out of the three where very personable but one was all business just hello and thank you. But will keep coming back.

I stopped in with my husband while he got his haircut at Great Clips, and we had a great experience. It was clearly a popular spot for men’s cuts—everyone in the waiting area was male—which gave it a relaxed, no-pressure vibe.
His stylist, Laurie, was fantastic! She was warm, professional, and gave him a really clean, well-shaped haircut. She took the time to make sure she understood what he wanted, and he left looking great.
Quick service, fair pricing, and friendly staff—can’t ask for more. We’ll definitely be back!

I believe the girl who helped me was Jen. (We have almost the same red color in our hair) I went for a wash and haircut. She was great! Very thorough wash and she cut it exactly how I wanted. She was also training a new girl so she’s as good as I thought. Thank you again.
