  I have been a patient with this office since Charlestown medical. It seems like I can never get an appointment with Dr Vandenberg anymore and the people in thw office are extremely rude.   Try making an appointment and when you're placed on hold, be prepared to wait a lifetime before someone responds.

  Excellent care provided by Dr. Susan Karpinski. She genuinely cares about her patients. Very easy to talk with and discuss medical concerns. Office staff is helpful and kind. Billing has been no issue.
