We called about quarter to 5 and Elias was super helpful and attentive even though they were closing at 5. He went out of his way to be helpful and answer all our questions. Really great service. In addition, I had some personal things going on, so to say I was under stress and having anxiety is an understatement. He and Jamie, the district manager were so understanding and compassionate, and walked me through the rest of the process so patiently. I ended up finding my phone the next day and upgraded anyway because Of the way I was treated, and also for the way things were explained thoroughly to me so that Mike went out of his way to find a plan and phone that I am thrilled with!!”
