Visited this place multiple times and every time I cant say it was the best experience but the last one was definitely it. Now I cant speak on the service center, but the people at the dealership aren't that great. They were VERY pushy to my parents but especially could not answer their car questions. They were interested in a model and Doug kept pushing them to just buy it and they can immediately go home. More importantly, whenever we asked questions regarding the specs of the car I cant say the sales consultants could really help. During one of my visits the consultant had to call the service center to ask them my question regarding certain specs on certain models. They're fake friendly and treat being there like the worlds most dreaded experience, which is fair work can be long and grueling, but they just make you feel like a nuisance and pressure you into buying the most expensive thing on the lot and get you to leave and get their commission. May not be for every sales consultant they have that's terrible, but you're more unlucky than lucky to get someone who cares or even knows what's on the window sticker

Always a pleasure working with service at this dealership. They have gone above and beyond for me multiple times. I have been coming here for over 5 years and I have never had a bad experience. I even travel 30 + minutes to get there.

After 5 months of deception and dishonesty from a different dealership in NJ, we were forced to back out of a “deal” and had to start our search over for a Highlander Hybrid. I was feeling so deflated that I was hesitant to even jump back into the buying market.I reached out to Toyota World and immediately found a different experience with my sales rep Doug and his team. He was responsive, transparent and respectful throughout what ended up being a very simple and enjoyable buying experience.The day of the purchase was quick and problem free. After the transaction Doug spend plenty of time helping us set up the vehicle and link it to our iPhones. A few days later he gave me a call to make sure we were completely satisfied. Great vehicle and great experience with Toyota World!

After having negotiated for 2 days, the salesperson checking with the manager at each stage, agreeing a price, and setting an agreed upon time for payment details the following morning, we were completely floored when we were informed the car had been sold!No explanation, no apology, just the line about ‘having a comparable model coming in soon.’ Incredibly poor service and lack of professionalism. Are all dealerships this untrustworthy?In all honesty, would not recommend Toyota World of Clinton to my worst foe and would highly recommend car seekers look elsewhere if they want proper service from a trustworthy dealership

Doug Muller was WONDERFUL to work with from start to finish- he is very knowledgeable, patient, and did a great job helping me to purchase my first car, a Toyota Camry. Julie was also great to work with and went over everything "money wise" in great detail. I highly recommend Toyota World of Clinton! Thank you both for the easy and smooth process!

I have enjoyed working with Jon Meredith for many years. He has provided great care and attention to my family through the leases of several Camrys and Corollas. Although it’s a bit of a trip to Toyota World of Clinton, I would never get a car anywhere else. The service department has been efficient and helpful.

Faulty repair service:Had my car serviced here a few months ago, I called ahead and asked about pricing on getting my transmission system flushed, after completing the service they tried charging my almost another $50 on top of what I was originally quoted. Now a few months later, my car was in the body shop getting fixed due to someone hitting my car, they let me know it's leaking transmission fluid where the drain plug is. I don't feel I was given quality professional work, this is a simple job that should have been done properly the first time for the price quoted.

Doug was great to work with for our first time buying a car! He was straight forward and very kind to us throughout the process. It was a much more friendly environment than what we experienced when working with dealers in NYC. He was also very knowledgeable about the car and other Toyotas and made sure we didn’t leave until we had all our questions answered.

Went into this location for a repair on my new vehicle and Kelley was an amazing help! I had been into this location many times prior while working with other customer service representatives and Kelley stood out the most. Once they figured out what was wrong with my vehicle Kelley went above and beyond to look into my extended warranty to make sure the WHOLE repair was free of charge. Kelley was very thorough with her description of the repair and what the next steps were.

The only reason I go to this dealership is because it's the only one close to where I live. I purchased a brand new Toyota tundra there and the sales experience was horrendous. The place is always empty yet you can't get anyone to answer the phone. They never call back, and will have you waiting for hours if you're there in person. The service department is a whole other mess. I get 3 vehicles serviced there. Nobody who works communicates with each other and they will keep your vehicle for hours and not do the service they're supposed to do and promise to apply the price of their expensive diagnostics and then give you a total run around about why they aren't providing the credits they promised. I've been told to order parts I need to make repairs they told me we're needed only to find out they are not the correct repairs and they need to do more diagnostics to figure them out. This is a huge misrepresentation of what Toyota is known for and stands for, and I will be making a formal conplaint to the corporation. Save yourself some time and stress and go anywhere else!!!

The lone star is for the car, the only highlight. After today I would NEVER consider a Toyota!!! Not only was this the worst car dealership I've ever been too, it was the worst customer service I've ever experienced across ALL businesses! I wanted a bare bones Camry LE. They tried with their fictitious add-ons: Nitrogen-filled tires (78% of the atmosphere is Nitrogen, window-etching theft prevention (a thug is not wasting time checking for window etching and the number of cars recovered via window-etching is virtually ZERO), plus I was putting 20% down which negated the need for their WAY-OVERPRICED gap insurance! The Nitrogen they took off, gap insurance they downright refused along with the unrequested window scam. The finance guy Michael (a total worm) sent in the sales manager Julie who was totally unprofessional with a poor attitude, I told her take those 2 items off and you have a deal but she refused. Then Michael stormed out of his own office SCREAMING in the showroom in front of other customers saying I'M NOT SELLING YOU THE CAR. He also refused to show me the "buy-rate" from the bank and pitched a pathetic 7.99% to a guy with an 800 credit score. I left his office while he turned the showroom into a stage for his public meltdown and told my wife and daughters we're out of here and walked out. A few hours later salesmen Jon Meredith called me and tried to play "good cop" but after I told him I refuse to pay for window-etching and gap, he proceeded to insult me and trash-talk my hometown area. Most obnoxious sales team I ever saw, it would've been great for trash reality tv!

Be very careful with these guys. They are so shady when I got into the finance department they charge me $800 for nitrogen in my ties. They pretty much stole $800 from me and I can't imagine whatever else just a heads up.

Purchased both a used and new car within a week. Jon Meredith and the rest of the staff were amazing to work with. They explained everything thoroughly, gave us all our options and found the perfect vehicles for our price point.

Doug Muller and Michael Templeton were both very knowledgeable and personable during my car buying experience. They took the time to explore various options and didn't treat me "like a little old lady"! I was more than pleased with the trade in for my Highlander and just as pleased with the price of the Venza, which I purchased.The follow up from both of them (delivering the car, picking up the title of my trade in, and answering questions) has been so helpful! This is the second car which I have purchased from Toyota World/Muller Toyota and have used their service center for six years. I have been very satisfied with the total experience.
